In this regard it is to inform you that Hotel Personal not allowed me to check-in in the hotel on 07.01.2025. They have informed me that they have cancelled my booking and accordingly inform you (Hotel.com) also about the same through their email on 06.01.2025. I have already raised my problem with you through email on 07.01.2025 and over phone on 07.01.2025 but no support provided from your end. Nice Hotel to stay even for a family. Service was good, Staff were obedient. Rooms were big and clean. Would love to visit again in my next tour to Nagpur.
