Nice family stay. Kids club is nice for the kids

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Salwa! The resort is absolutely stunning – from the beautiful beach and crystal-clear water to the spacious, modern rooms with every comfort you could ask for. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was excellent with a great variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The waterpark and recreation facilities make it a perfect destination for families, while the peaceful atmosphere and luxury touches also make it ideal for a relaxing getaway. Everything felt very clean, safe, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this resort – one of the best in Qatar for a mix of relaxation, fun, and luxury. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We’ve had such a lovely time here at Hilton Salwa. All the staff we’ve encountered were super friendly and helpful, made us feel really welcome. Facilities were clean and well thought through.

We had high hopes for our stay at Salwa Resort, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. Right from check-in, we felt pressured. We spoke to Anastasia, and instead of a warm welcome, it felt more like a sales pitch. We were forced to make quick decisions under pressure and constantly felt like we were being upsold rather than genuinely helped. The room itself was another letdown. There was a noticeable drain smell that came and went throughout our stay, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, there were no amenities offered for late checkout, which made our departure feel rushed and inconvenient. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the resort’s reputation or pricing. We expected more comfort, transparency, and customer care.

The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately I had a number of problems with maintenance in my room which took a long time to fix. Very simple issues that should have been checked before having customers to stay in them. I can't give a high rating to a hotel when there are major issues with the bedroom being suitable for sleeping.

The hotel is great. A choice of restaurants with a good selection. Big bedrooms, all very clean. Pool at the hotel was fab, and the waterpark was a bonus. Will definitely return.

PERFECT PERFECT

Excellent Resort with great value. Unfortunately however, while all the staff were very friendly and courteous, our experience was tarnished by a number of frustrating customer service issues, related to poor communication or inaccurate information.

We had a great two-night stay experiencing the sandy beach, pool, kids club and breakfast/dinner options. We also went to the well designed Desert Falls water park. Staff were all exceptional---cheerful and helpful in all interactions. The one issue that is important to mention is the large number of pigeons which affects the pool area grounds and the Desert Falls water park. One has to be careful where to step, where to sit and where to lie down because of this.

The hotel has a large territory with recreation areas, zones for active sports (football fields, tennis courts), its own beach. A water amusement park is located nearby. Since the hotel is located away from the cities, there is little activity in the evening (no events, etc.). Therefore, kiap and a suitable place for a quiet rest, but not at all. The hotel organizes a wedding, so when going on a trip, it would be good to inquire whether the wedding will not take place while you are resting. The stunt of the wedding event, the swings and so on. may interfere with a quiet rest.

It is relatively new. Rooms are good, and the building is stunning. But I feel the management of the water park is a let down if you compared to those in Dubai and Orlando. The service was keen and friendly but needed a bit more coordination.

I was there with my kids for a quick break. It is one of the best resorts I have ever been to. The hospitality is exceptional. The employees were extremely helpful and respectful. The resort is located on a large area and offers a variety of activities such as football and a water park. My young child has a food allergy, and when I informed them, they took it seriously when cooking the food. I would like to thank chef Hafizi and his assistant chef Narayan for their special care, as they were constantly looking out for my child's needs.

Brilliant staff. Could not do enough for us. Beautiful hotel, great food options. Kids club kept kids entertained. Fully equipped gym with new equipment. Good pools. Only felt busy at meal times otherwise the size of the resort meant it never felt crowded. Water park was the icing on the cake.

Für uns als Paar war das Hotel perfekt, es gibt von unserer Seite nichts aber auch gar nichts zu bemängeln. Eine super poolanlage mit genügend Platz. Pool ist gekühlt und auch bei diesen Temperaturen sehr angenehm und erfrischend. Die komplette Staff von Roomservice bis hin zum Management alles top . Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt und umgesetzt . Allen einen herzlichen Dank und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

El lugar ideal para pasar unos dias de descanso. Tiene de todo para pasar unos dias increibles, playa, piscinas, acuatico, karting. Solo una recomendación, coger media pension, no hay otras alternativas para cenar. El desayuno y la cena de buffet, muy buenos.
