Resort itself is clean and good. 15 minutes' drive from Sedona. There was no mention about the room with second floor, with twenty stairs on the web. My parents first agreed using second floor, but complained for three whole days about the stairs & network availability. Staffs with blunt attitute here might need some motivation.

The unit itself was large clean and comfortable. The pool was much smaller than the picture shows. Off the I 17 further than I thought very nice staff We played ping pong was fun.

Room was FREEZING bc aircon was turned way down. Thank goodness for the extra blanket!

This was a amazing resort! Full setup, kitchen living room, dining, patio, separate master bedroom. Even a patio. The pool facilities were great and clean.i highly recommend this to anyone.

Although it was only a one night stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Its ridiculous to have a to do list for cleaning the room. Paying for a room shouldn't require things as simple as wiping down the counters. We won't be returning.
