You won’t do better in Keller than Hampton Inn and Suites! Excellent in every way.

Very clean, spacious and quiet, food options would be nice but it was 10pm so ?

Before coming here we had had a very terrible experience at another establishment. This was a most awesome experience from the moment I walked in the door. Marcie checked me in so quickly and efficiently and was very friendly. The rooms were clean and neat. The hotel was clean and neat. The breakfast was awesome and the other attendants and maintenance team were friendly and helpful. We will stay here again if the need arises. Thank you.

Nice room and breakfast.

Wonderful staff and the breakfast was different each day a long stay would be quite pleasant. All day coffee bar was great!

Pool didnt work and there were ants in the room

Everything was great. I did ask the trash be taken out after my first night and it wasn’t but other than that everything was fantastic!

Extremely Clean, tucked back in a quiet corner, the employees were extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. I had left some clothes in the closet and when I called backed the evening that I checked out, the front desk went & checked and called me back instantly to let me know that they had already found my things in Lost & Found from housekeeping. It was greatly appreciated, and I had family picked them up. The only thing that I would give a not a 5 star to is breakfast & that is honestly not the employees fault. The eggs & sausage are really terrible. But, it is what you get in free breakfast everywhere. I still would highly recomend this hotel to anyone as the place to stay.

Pool was out of service! I had some very disappointed grandkids. Breakfast was ok

Great location, very quiet and clean. All the staff is very friendly and professional. Just wish they had a card reader so the door by the pool is not just an exit.

The staff at the hotel is friendly. And the place is nice and clean. They offer free breakfast every morning, which is nice. It's nothing fancy but its a pretty good hotel to stay at when we visit our family who lives in Keller.

The pool is not working

Air conditioning in our room and toilet were both broken. After trying to call the front desk multiple times and leaving a message I finally went down to the lobby. There was no option to fix the room that night so we had to move rooms in the middle of the night and ended up in a smaller room.

The only thing i wasnt happy with was the comfort of the mattress. For 182$ dollars a night it could have had a better .mattress
