Great walking location. Much much nicer to have apt over hotel room

Very fast check in. Near all attractions and very nice.

Clean, conveniently located, spacious.

We enjoyed staying along the walkway in town. The apartment was cozy. Beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable. Had lots of tiny bugs On the kitchen counter. The bathroom walls need to be cleaned. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would stay again.

We were two business guys and it was a pleasure to have separate bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and patio. Very comfortable and so much better than a hotel or resort room.

We had to flee this place and booked another accomodation when we saw the state of cleaness of the beds. When we arrived at room #5, we first witness an unpleasant odor. Still, we opened the windows and didn't make a case out of this. Around 11h00 PM, after finishing watching TV with our kids, we went to bed, but didn't ... When my wife and son looked at the sheets and mattress ... it was out of the question to sleep here. The were stains everywhere. After pulling the blancket, I also noticed hairs on sheet. It was disgusting. I traveld everywhere in the peninsula trying to find another place to stay. This issue is still pending with Hotel.com as I tried to get reimbursed. We were told that the cleaning crew went through the appartement upon on arrival but I don't trust this at all ! In all honesty, Easy Living Apartments is well located. Also, to it's merit, has different rooms for sleeping options if you don't mind the stains. For us, it was impossible.

Very spacious apartment , all the necessities were provided for. Felt cozy and comfortable. Quiet & safe.

Proximity to activities, shopping, etc. Parking was limited.

We stayed at this property in the past. It was adequate for our needs. The location is excellent.

No running water for showers and toilet several times during the day

Convenient, easy check in, pleasant onsite manager. Place needs some TLC but reasonably priced for a 2 bedroom place.

These are nice 2 bedroom apartments. They are certainly not deluxe, but had comfortable beds, lots of clean towels, all we needed in the kitchen and a nice deck area. The units are situated on the Placencia Main Sidewalk and were a little bit of a walk from where we were able to park. Everything felt safe and secure. We were able to walk to the beach easily and there are abundant restaurants nearby.
