Beautifully simple and clean hotel. Great location

This property was well located, within walking distance to several train stations and bus stops giving quick and easy access to any part of Kyoto. The rooms were clean and tidy, small but well equiped.

友人の旅行の為、ホテルのエリアがわかる私が代わりに予約しました。 交通の便がよく清潔で使い勝手が良いのに料金的に安くしていただき満足していました。 お世話になりありがとうございました。

This was a really good location for an overnight stay. It is pretty close to the train station so we were able to get around pretty easily.

Customer service was great! Was not as clean as expected.

Property very clean. Check in isn't until 4 pm but we were able to leave our bags. Reception is only open until 10 pm. The walls are thin so you can hear people. Overall comfortable and affordable.

Det var ganska ny renoverad. Rummet var stort och rymligt. Fanns vattenkokare för de som vill koka vatten. Saknade inget kan varmt rekommendera, inte så långt att gå till Ninjon Station (ca 12min)

Perfekt enkelt boende med närhet till tåg och buss. Matställen i närheten. Vi bodde här 5 nätter.

三条商店街に近く静かで便利の良い立地です。スタッフの対応も親切。

一泊で泊まりました。部屋はシンプルでしたが，京都を楽しむ目的に行ったので，寝る場所としては良かったです｡

Hotel staff were incredibly helpful in accepting our luggage delivery and in making sure we had everything we needed.

The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was very helpful, friendly and respectful. I would recommend for a nice affordable option in Kyoto.

Good location and withing walking distance from train stations. Limited dining options in the area. Great to see the inner Kyoto streets.

It has a wonderful location, close to good landmarks, walkable distance to train stations and bus stops to the city centre. Although is a good idea to have self check-in option, having staff available to help for longer periods would be appreciated.
