This is a stop over hotel, not somewhere you want to spend your Mérida visit in. It’s suitable for a couple day’s transition, or perhaps the night before a flight. I have nothing negative to stay regarding the service, it was fair to decent in most occasions. The continental breakfast was basic, as expected as well. Good value for a short 1 or 2 night stay.

It was a great experience. Sheets and towels always clean, AC needs to be renewed to be more comfortable. Space in the room as well as forniture very practical. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is definitely a great opportunity for having a good service for a good price. Breakfast is very simple. Congratulations to the staff, they are amazing. Thank you very much.

Las almohadas estaban muy duras, tuvimos que comprar unas y tienen un refri en la habitación el cual hace mucho ruido.

The location is fantastic—conveniently close to the heart of Mérida, yet tucked away enough to ensure a peaceful and quiet environment. I also appreciated the complimentary WiFi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The pool area was a highlight! It’s perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. And the breakfast? Delicious! A variety of options, fresh fruit, and great coffee to start the day right. Overall, Tecnohotel Itzaes is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort, value, and excellent service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Mérida!

la tranquilidad del lugar, facilidad de acceso, habitaciones amplias

Fue un bonito viaje en pareja celebrando 54 años de casados y la estancia en este hotel fue agradable. Me hubiera gustado que tuviera Servicio de Restaurante todo el día ya que los desayunos eran muy ricos y económicos, pero solo había desayunos

En general todo bien, sólo el tema del agua de la regadera, difícil de encontrar una temperatura media ybaja presión de agua.
