There could be a fair amount of street noise depending on what is going on in the area around the hotel. When I stayed there, it was not much of an issue.

Very nice

Great location; staff are excellent and polite. Internet solid (could easily attend video meetings). Only suggestion is they disconnect the "eco friendliness" features in the rooms because lights were constantly going on/off and A/C fan couldn't be manually set to any speed, which was slightly frustrating when you wanted fan-white-noise at night or just a more powerful fan after getting out of the shower. Otherwise I'd stay here for certain again.

We enjoyed our first visit to the Plaza. Loved the decor and its history. Our room was well appointed, clean and stylish. The bar and restaurant were lovely, but we really enjoyed the rooftop bar. Thanks to Josh for taking such great care of us! We’ll definitely look forward to our next visit.

This hotel thought of everything! Full to the max with ambience and art! We enjoyed live jazzy music on a Thursday evening in a beautifully decorated space. Breakfast had very unique plate choices. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay, this is definitely the place! The staff was outstanding!

Friendly staff nice atmosphere great food

We enjoyed our stay at The Plaza Hotel. It’s close to everything, the staff were friendly, the space was clean and the rooftop had amazing views of the city and Juarez.

Beautifully surprised! The upgrades, the decor, the staff all great! Welcoming our ES pets with warmth. Offered us dog begs and bowls but we travel with our own. We will definitely be staying here again!

El lugar está en perfectas condiciones. Pero te obligan a bajar rápido las maletas por qué es el mismo valet del restaurante y bar. La atención se siente más orientada hacia esos dos establecimientos más que al hotel.

It’s my favorite place to stop when I’m heading for San Antonio from Arizona. It’s exactly halfway for me. It’s amazing hotel barn. Hilton did a great job back in the day.
