위치가 정말 좋아요. 라군, 마켓 코 앞이라 편리했어요. 엘리베이터 엄청 느립니다. 전화기 먹통에 형광등 나갔는데, 형광등은 일요일이라서 처리 불가하다고 했어요. 4박 했는데 이틀이나 대피 소동 일어났습니다. 황당 그 자체였어요. 수건이나 쓰레기 봉투를 가지러 직접 리셉셥에 가야 하는데, 은근히 불편했어요. 방 정리 하는 분께 수건이나 쓰레기 봉투 부탁해도 무조건 리셉션 가서 받으라고 합니다. 오션뷰 방이였는데 숲 뷰에 가깝고 오션은 보이지 않았습니다. 선택하실 때 가격 차이 있으면 잘 고려해보세요.

Hotel was very convenient near the harbor, restaurants and parks. We were in Cairns to see the barrier reef and the hotel was 3 minutes away from the harbor. The rooms were excellently appointed. The decor was fresh and new. The beds were awesome and really comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairns

Great location, friendly staff

It’s in a great location right in the heart of the city entertainment area. The room was absolutely stunning and the staff were great. The only slight negative is that we were on level 4 and the rooftop bar was quite loud until after 10pm and then the set up for breakfast (assumption) started about 5.30am.

Absolutely amazing property. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Very easy to get to from the airport, very easy walking around the area. Very clean, large room. Great outdoor seating areas, would highly recommend and stay again.

どこに行くにも近くて便利でした。 スタッフの方も優しく、部屋もとっても綺麗で快適でした。 ホテルの出入り口と部屋までが近いのが地味に便利で良かったです。

We enjoyed at this hotel so much. Good access for everywhere, coffee shops, souvenir shops, station, pool and so on.

Lovely room that overlooked the sea and very comfortable and well laid out. Very good linen on the bed. The wifi could be patchy for me in the room.
