위치가 정말 좋아요. 라군, 마켓 코 앞이라 편리했어요. 엘리베이터 엄청 느립니다. 전화기 먹통에 형광등 나갔는데, 형광등은 일요일이라서 처리 불가하다고 했어요. 4박 했는데 이틀이나 대피 소동 일어났습니다. 황당 그 자체였어요. 수건이나 쓰레기 봉투를 가지러 직접 리셉셥에 가야 하는데, 은근히 불편했어요. 방 정리 하는 분께 수건이나 쓰레기 봉투 부탁해도 무조건 리셉션 가서 받으라고 합니다. 오션뷰 방이였는데 숲 뷰에 가깝고 오션은 보이지 않았습니다. 선택하실 때 가격 차이 있으면 잘 고려해보세요.

Everything was excellent but we were a little bit disappointed with the breakfast included.

The room was clean and out of the hustle of nightlife, but close enough to where we didn’t need to walk far to anything.

Overall a very good stay. I arrived around 10:30am bc and staff stored my bags for me and then called at 1:30pm when my room was ready. The room was clean and well sized with a view over The Espanade and lagoon pool (which unfortunately was closed two days before I arrived). The Manager was kind enough to get me access to an adjacent hotels pool which was appreciated. Breakfast was included in my room rate and was adequate and given it was provided in the rooftop area was very nice. Staff were all friendly and helpful. My only issue was only one lift at the property and at times it was very slow. On one day it actually broke down which meant having to walk up and down stairs. Shame about the lagoon pool but alas.

Will stay again! The staff was so lovely and thoughtful, we stayed here to get married and they truly appreciated how special that was. The room was huge, the hot water didn’t run out like many other wedding guest accommodations did. It was really cool having an outdoor kitchen and being able to walk across a pond to get into your apartment was so unique. We loved it. Plus the location you can’t beat. It’s at the end of the main street so it’s not super noisy with drunk tourists but still on the main street so you’re in walking distance to everything you need.

立地が最高でした。スーパー、お土産物屋さん、ナイトマーケット、ケアンズ駅、リーフ・フリート・ターミナルなどすべて徒歩圏内ですごく便利でした。ウォーターサーバーがあれば完璧でした。

スタッフの方が親切で、立地もとても良く最高でした。

ロケーションが。とてもよくお部屋はびゅうーのない部屋でしたが、綺麗でした。シャワーの水圧も充分です。又ルーフトップのレストランが素敵で食事もサーモンココナッツカレーを美味しく頂きました。又泊まりたい

Great location in the heart of the esplanade, restaurants and only a five minute walk to the marina. Rooms and common areas look fresh and well maintained. Helpful reception staff. Dined at the rooftop bar which had a fantastic view but service didn’t quite meet the friendly and accommodating nature of colleagues at reception. Overall a terrific hotel and would stay again.

何より立地がすばらしい。繁華街のどまんなかにあるので、遊びに行くにも、買い物するにも、ビーチを歩くにも、不自由なしです。 外観はそうでもないですが、部屋は、リニューアルしたてなのかな。とても高級感があり美しい。水回りも問題なし。朝食は、海をのぞむロケーションで、とても美味しく、最高です。スタッフは、英語です。私は英語話せないので、少し不自由は感じますが、親切なので、なんとか、やりとりできました。せっかくの海外旅行なので、日本語通じないほうが、私は良いので、その点もgoodでした。客室清掃は、ノーサンキューにしたので、タオルは、受付に持って行って、取り替えてもらえます。スリッパはないので、持参すると良いかも。バスローブ、歯磨きは、備え付けありませんでした。 頼んだらもらえるのかもしれませんが、話せないのでなんともです。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープはあります。ペットボトルの飲水はありません。カプセルのコーヒーマシーンがあり、美味しいコーヒーが飲めます。 もし、また、ケアンズに来ることがあれば、宿泊したいホテルです。

Location, location, location, lovely boutique style hotel right on the Esplanade, walking distance to everything! Lovely large room overlooking the lagoon, park and ocean.

お部屋がとってもきれいでした。5月のケアンズはテラスでの気温が丁度よくてテラスからエスプラネードのプールや広場が見えて、路上パフォーマンスまで見えたのでとてもいい思い出が出来ました。 朝の屋上レストランもとても気持ち良くて朝の贅沢な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。外での朝食もいいですがやっぱりホテル内だと時間の調整がきくし朝食付きのプランはとても良かったです。スタッフの方にはとても親切にして頂いて本当にありがとうございました。

ホテルの立地が便利で部屋も使いやすかった。 そして屋上で海を眺めながら食べる朝食がとても美味しかったです。

The Quest Hotel is perfectly situated on the waterfront in Cairns. We booked the trip to The Barrier Reef and were pleasantly surprised it was just a short walk to the marina to connect with our tour boat. There is a restaurant on the roof that , weather permitting, is a lovely restaurant with evening sunset views during your meal. There is only one lift which can be a pain if t are people coming in to use the rooftop restaurant and you’re waiting for the lift to eventually arrive on the 7th floor or ground floor as a hotel guest.

Well located to some great restaurants and bars, good shopping and entertainment. Nice modern clean place to stay.
