Excellent Service

Finding a good hotel in Lima can be tricky. Many places are marketed as great and comfortable for a good rate, but once you arrive, the facilities feels closer to a two-star experience. Fairfield exceeded all my expectations. The comfort, cleanliness, and customer service were excellent. The facilities are well maintained, the location is great, and the rooftop is a highlight, you get to enjoy breakfast there every morning, and on weekends it has a lively, fun atmosphere (even with a DJ). Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lima.

Excellent choice. Ticks all the boxes and then some.

Solicitei andar alto. Me deram o mais baixo. O café da manhã não tem muitas variedades, e todos os dias são os mesmos itens. Valor de coisas básicas, como água, é absurdo. Te cobram no meio da noite, quando deveriam cobrar tudo no Checkout. O Táxi oferecido pelo hotel tem custo maior do que o dobro praticado na cidade.

This is a very clean property where the rooms can see that it was newly built. The staff are very friendly and also helpful. My only thing why I didn’t give it a full 5 stars it regarding to: I was only given 2 bottles of water per day for 2 persons, I was only given 2 towels and rags and even when the room is clean they still didn’t add towels had to request 2 times for it to added also the body wash was finish and had to request 2 times also. Separate from that I love my room and look the view.

Nunca llegamos, buscaba un hotel Marriott en Lima y me salió este hotel en EEUU. Es un error mio. Quise cancelar la reserva y me dijeron negado

Estadia muito boa. Excekente opção de hotel com um bom restaurante.
