지어진지 얼마 안 돼서 나름 깨끗하고 직원 분들도 굉장히 친절했어요 특히 한국인 직원분 만나서 얼리체크인도 하고 룸 업그레이드도 받아서 좋았어요! 조금 아쉬운 점은 주식 메뉴가 매일 거의 똑같았어요 (2박3일 머무르는 동안 두 번은 조식 먹었고 하루는 안 먹었음) 숙소 주변에 식당은 많아서 좋았어요 토니‘s 스테이크랑 더 옥시덴탈 가까워서 좋음!

I request receipt but he decline He said “you can get from expedia” It was the first time never get receipt when I check out. They gave me a 2- free happy hour beverage coupon, I just want to get one coke when I check out to bring to airport. Even there is Happy our bar right beside reception he told me I should ask the restaraunt. It was just terrible Sudima AUK city receiption guy. I never never book again this hotel.

깨끗할 거라 기대하고 예약했습니다. 일단 방이 너무 작습니다. 방음이 전혀 안 되고 (문 닫는 소리, 윗층에서 가구 끄는 소리가 계속 듵립니다.) 룸 청소 상태가 매우 좋지 않습니다. ( 머리카락은 바닥에 내내 나뒹굴고, 외출 후 보니 우린 쓰지도 않은 쓰레기가 룸 안에 들어와 있네요. ) 위치는 실상 외진 곳에 있어요. 조식은 따로 계산했는데, 이런 부실한 조식은 해외 여러 호텔 중 처음입니다. (게다가 라떼가 왜 유료인가요 ㅎㅎ ) 체크인, 체크 아웃 직원이 한 명이라, 기다려는 건 필수, 대단한 혜택처럼 무료 음료 쿠폰을 주지만 레스토랑에 내밀면 생맥주를 성의 없이 질질 흘리면서 가져가라고 줍니다. (서빙 안 해 줍니다.) 뉴질랜드 여행 중 숙박 선택이 가장 후회됩니다!

We are travelers from the United States and the state in this property for three nights on personal travel. We are happy about the room, the location, and the services provided. Even located in CBD area, we did not hear any noises from outside and the room size is very spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

The service from the word go was excellent. Beautiful room. Comfy beds. Bath and shower. Felt like royalty.

Staff were amazing, room was clean. Didn't have to request the Expedia gold update it was already provided. Great rooftop bar.

Good stay

Excellent staff, tasty and varied breakfast. Didn’t use the restaurant as it was plant-based. Nice rooftop bar, although it was loud (Saturday so not totally surprised), a quieter area would’ve been nice. Our main negative was the total lack of storage space, only 4 hooks/hangars. Not ideal for travellers spending more than a night here.

The room is clean and walking distance to sky tower and viaduct harbour.

Very impressed with Sudima. My room was excellent. Extra touches such as sleep balm and yoga mat were appreciated. Food was great, definitely stay again.
