The hotel is just by the highway, and is near the surfing/party area of San Juan. The staff were accomodating and tried to help us with our concerns. However, during our last day at the hotel, there was no water for the comfort room. We were informed that they're already solving this issue but until we checked out, there was still no water. We had to take a bath at the 2nd and ground floor at the toilets for the Planet G bar (which by the way were still dirty from last night ' s party.).

The staff were accomodating. The listing includes parking space but upon arriving, we were guided to another resort for parking and had to pay additional 250 pesos/night for parking. The bathroom was untidy. Pressure shower pressure is too low.
