Travelio doesn't really understand what hospitality business means. Rooms given/prepared for the guests are way far from decency. I have been travelling and using many services, but none of them has standard as low as Travelio's in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Never ever again using their service. Online agent management should look into their partner's seriousness in this business as this may affect customer's trust. Broken sofa, damp smelled rooms, broken kitchen utilities (there was even frozen fish in the fridge), doodled wall, dirty mats, broken furniture, brooms and mops were put anywhere, very dirty beds and pillows (black actually), no bedsheets and even after requested many times, they did not deliver them. I think any motels or hostels without any star can do better than Travelio. They tried to replace with other units after I convinced them MANY times, but still it didn't help. My son got severe allergy reaction that we had to move out in the middle of the night as the bed and room was very dusty and got bed bug. So horrible! I don't think Travelio knows what they are doing in business. Please someone tell them.
