Room is small but clean. It 's bad that the door couldn't be locked from inside and when you want to go out you have to climb from the window! Service is so so. There 's no daily clean up as standard. Since I stayed only for 2 nights so not sure if you have to ask for it, but this isn't mentioned during check in. When you have problem and tried to call to the front, no one pick up and no one sitting there. No support at all-I had to walk around to find a staff who was cleaning on 2nd floor for help! Location is good since it 's in city center, but roads there are very narrow and it 's difficult to drive pass especially. When the road has one car parked, one coming on the other direction and you wanna go to another direction. They have a few parking though.

Location is good, walkable to Sunday night market and Kalm Art Centre; could be a bit too dark/quiet if you plan to walk at night time. The room is clean, and the staff is quick to solve a problem that I had. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!
