방이 너무 작고 매우 더러웠습니다.

너무 더러워서 가격 대비 가치가 없어요.

최악의 경험이었어요. 밤새 잠을 잘 수 없었고, 에어컨도 차갑지 않았고, 호텔 구내에서 쥐와 바퀴벌레가 발견되었습니다. 가격 대비 만족스럽지 않았습니다.

객실이 너무 낡았고 직원이 친절하며 객실 품질을 개선해야 합니다.

저는 RedDoorz에 여러 번 가봤지만 여기가 지금까지 최악이에요. 입구가 어둡고, 카운터에 다가가니 주변에 죽은 🪳 바퀴벌레가 여러 마리 있고, 카운터 담당자는 전혀 보이지 않아요. 저는 누군가를 부르려고 목소리를 조금 높여보았지만 소용이 없었어요. 저는 이미 예약을 통해 일찍 도착하겠다고 알렸지만 아무도 도와주지 않았어요. 정말 돈 낭비였어요. 이렇게 저렴한 예약으로는 뭔가를 말해주는 셈이에요.

Not very clean, dead cockroach are under the bed. Blanket had some hair remains etc. They do have hanging quotes though to ponder.

The cleanliness of the hotel is a concern among guests. The rooms smell undesirable due to problematic comfort rooms and toilets. The hotel closed from midnight midnight to 5:00 am. If you are catching an early flight to the airport, then there is a tendency that the security deposit (1,200 pesos) will not be claimed as the front desk person is nowhere to be found. There is at least a towel provided to the guest. Moreover, I highly recommend the inspection and review of the franchising committee to maintain the facility's standard. Thank you.

Very very disappointing I look for other hotel. Pictures of room posted by RedDoorz are different from reality, in others words it looks like a scam.

The hotel closed us without informing us in advance and we cannot the staff inside the hotel. We Already ring the bell outside but nothing happen. This is really the worst hotel that I accommodated. Really disappointed! The pictures in this app is not really you expect. All bed sheets and other thing inside the room is not clean and a lot of cockroach and big rats.

The place is bad. Uncleaned dirty and there's a lot of cockroaches toilet bowl is suck room is small and very expensive not worth the price shower is not working any towels and management rules is bad. Unlike others, this is my bad experience I feel insecure, especially about things I felt unsafe about.

I asked for room with windows but they gave me an otherwise. The floor mat/rag was wet when I first enter the room. It was a pleasant stay overall, considering the price.

The room is not well maintained, there are cockroaches all over the room and bathroom. Also, there 's this ratty smell or its just the air refresher used smells awful.

The staff are not wearing mask. The room smells cigarette.

No wifi, damage sink, cockroach crawling. Room is OK for the price but services can be improved.

The hotel is very very very dirty, lot of cockcrock under the bed had hole for rats, no trace of cleaning, the bed is under of shit wood and shot metal, the foam is garbage re use. The comfort room is very dirty lot of grease, yellow grease and tile and even the bowl. So very dirty. I stay only 1 night and early get out even my book is 3 nights.

It was not stated in the initial listing that they require swab/antigen test for guests to present upon check-in. So without knowing this yet, I booked their hotel on my desired date which on December 3rd and paid for it as well. Only to find out upon confirmation of my booking and payment that they require the said swab test. No consideration was given even if I was fully vaccinated and I have my vaccination card to show as proof. The hotel was unresponsive I tried calling them but both their contact numbers are unavailable. This was so frustrating and disappointing. The ending is I booked and paid an Airbnb instead, and the amount I paid for this incompetent hotel was not refunded back. I don't recommend travelers to book this RedDoorz Hotel near owwa pasay, you'll just end up being dissatisfied.
