직원들이 너무 친절했어요. 중복 예약된건이 있었는데 최선을 다해 도와주셨고 툴룸 터미널 바로 앞이라 좋았습니다.

Hotel was in a perfect location as directly opposite the bus station with links to the airport. Very central with many surrounding bars and restaurants

J'ai adoré cette hôtel. J'arrivais de Holbox par collectivo et devais prendre le bus ADO pour l'aéroport le lendemain matin. . L'hôtel est en face de ADO transport

Buena ubicación,mal servicio ya que no tienen recepcionista,todo es asistencia “digital” vía whats. Por lo wue si tienes algún tema ño hay quien lo resuelva hatsa wue llegue alguien en un único horario de las 10pm a no se wue hora para atenderte.

Beautiful private rooms. Loved the outdoor shower in our room. It felt very private. Only thing is there is no front desk person which is a little weird but it’s easy once you figure it out virtually.

Had the opportunity to meet the owner manager and his wife, real nice people. Cosy place to hang your hat for the night. Would highly recommend.

Bonito sitio para llegar a dormir. La puerta del baño es tipo cantina (dos hojas, sin seguro, que se abren y cierran al paso) es incómoda y sin privacidad.

Tuvimos dos inconvenientes , el Google maps nos enviaba a una dirección diferente estuvimos un buen rato perdidos. Y el segundo no podíamos entrar a nuestra habitación porque nos dieron mal el #para abrir la caja donde están las llaves. Aún así regresaría ! Nos gustó mucho y dormimos muy bien .

La recepción virtual nunca había tenido la experiencia en en principio no queda muy claro.
