Though the lady at the front desk was anything but warm and inviting, the bartender was great. The convenience of a shuttle from the airport and restaurants within walking distance was great. The property was beautiful and well cared for.

This was once one of my favorite properties to visit. I was excited to visit again, until this past visit. Parking used to be free. Although, parking is way less than any other property nearby, it’s a cash grab to charge for parking in a wide open parking lot. Also during this stay, my room was hot, because the HEAT was on in August in Tampa, Florida. Secondly, my refrigerator did not work, even on the highest temperature. We literally put our food/drinks in the fridge hoping to keep our items cool/cold, and it was as if we had them on a kitchen counter. The front desk staff, did nothing about it, which was unprofessional. Outside of these issues, the property was clean, but I don’t know if I’ll stay again.

Room and equipments was dusty. Bed was not comfortable. The overall experience at the hotel was good, the staff was excellent and the breakfast offerings was good.

Staff friendly and accommodating

Our stay was great. The staff very professional and friendly. The receptionist (Shirley or Sherry- tends to wear a head band) who checked us in fits this description perfectly. The pool and pool area was clean and a pleasure to use. The breakfast stood out better than many Tampa hotels and the bar and menu in the evening a pleasure. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. even the cleaning staff on the 3rd floor were professional and helpful.

Close to the airport to catch the early flights out.

Everything was amazing . Restaurant/bar in the building close to everything 5 mins from airport pool was great in the day and even at night heated breakfast . Staff was very friendly

The airport shuttle was very easy to use. I wish the website had provided instructions on the need to call and where to meet it in a confirmation email. The Tampa airport does not have great signage and was not easy to navigate so info from the hotel would have been appreciated after a long travel day. Beds were VERY comfortable. Hotel is close to the airport, but I never heard any of the planes that I could see flying overhead.
