바탐 메리어트 호텔에서 정말 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 모든 과정이 매끄럽고 편안했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓었으며 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 편안한 전망을 감상할 수 있어 짧은 휴가에 안성맞춤이었습니다. 특히 수영장은 조용하고 잘 관리되어 있어 시설도 훌륭했습니다. 조식은 종류도 다양하고 음식의 질도 항상 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 배려해 주었으며, 언제나 도움을 주려고 노력해 주어 더욱 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다. 전반적으로 가족 여행이든, 도시에서 잠시 벗어나 휴식을 취하고 싶은 사람이든, 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 최고의 장소입니다. 꼭 추천하고 싶고, 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

Lokasi yang strategis, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, direct access to Ferry and good quality hotel.

Very good stay and comfortable.

Their services from bellboy to guest relation officer to housekeeping was good, hotel is clean, room is spacious and food at goji was very nice. My mom just finished operation so I needed a clean room, I wiped all the room and toilet hard surfaces. Their housekeeping must has kept the room spotless as my wipes were clean even after wiping. I understand the room description states 2 double beds. The pillows provided was a bit too big for 2 persons if you placed it side by side. But there are some small things here there that need improvement. I stayed on room 818. I believed one of the switches (3rd) between the beds have some problem which creates some high pitch buzz sound. I could not sleep because of that, its disturbing. I have 3 persons staying but there are only amenities for two. They are quick to provide the 3rd set upon request. The toilet basin. Between the surface top and the basin itself needs cleaning. I think it's missed out everytime when they clean as it's not visible when you look from the top. (But its very visible via reflection from the mirror). Overall its a good stay, and I would stay again.

Bagus tapi untuk type kamar yang kami pilih tidak ada bathupanya padahal sudah 3 jutaan lebih. Service nya mantap untuk sahurnya lengkap.

Room as marriott standard, unable to get an upgrate for ocean view as they prioritize the foreigner. Pool is outdoor therr isn't any area that have roof top in pool areaz.

Sangat strategis. Hanya 20 meter dari arrival harbour bay Batam, jadi sangat mudah bila datang dari Singapore menggunakan ferry. Brekfast dengan banyak pilihan menu, dan dengan pemadangan harbour yang indah. Staff sangat ramah. Saya tiba di hotel pukul 12.00, tapi diperbolehkan untuk langsung check in. Bila ke Batam saya akan kembali ke hotel ini. Terima kasih.
