객실이 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 미모의 프런트직원도 친절하고 좋았어요. 조식메뉴도 좋은데, 조식 서비스 직원이 아주 훌륭했어요. 경치도 너무 좋아서 하루만 지내다 가기가 아쉬웠어요. 전체 유럽여행중에 가장 마음에 드는 호텔입니다.

루체른에서 좋은 숙소이에요. 루체른 역에서 접근성이 페리 이용으로 약간 문제이기는 하지만(스의스 패스는 무료) 숙소는 깨끗하고 좋아요. 룸에 에어컨은 없어 약간 더웠지만 문을 열어 놓거나 선풍기 사용으로 해결 가능. 냉장고 음료는 모두 무료.

I booked through Expedia, the internet did not work in the room, I was unable to connect with my clients for my business meeting, as a result I lost money. Later that night, we lost power in the room due to a faulty coffee maker (The entire circuit shut down). We were upgraded to a suite but the damage was already done, I lost over $1000 in business and am still waiting to be reimbursed for the cost of the room. The staff and the manager were very nice and helpful during the crisis.

We had an amazing time. The Campus Hotel was amazing. It was clean, and the staff was amazing. We loved the location and the ability to jump on the boat to Lucern. We will be back.

It’s great hotel but not worth the money. We stayed in a 4 star hotel in the area that had as good a room, better breakfast, many restaurants around for quarter of 20% of the price. It just wasn’t worth it.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this property. Perfect location, room was fantastic, lake view was perfect, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel with unique lakefront location. Incredible views and easy access to Lucerne and other lake locations via the ferry that stops just outside the hotel. Lovely grounds, with walking trails, swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking on site. Restaurant has outdoor shaded seating with great views. Family friendly, with a relaxing, refined vibe

Wonderful views, friendly and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable. We loved our quiet stay on the water. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à un détail près: la climatisation était problématique et a chauffé la chambre plutôt que de la refroidir. Il faisait 30 degrés dans la chambre.

Fantastic view. Ferry at your doorstep to travel ot Luzern, or to Weggis for cable car to Rigi.
