4 kişilik oda rezerve ettik ödemesini yaptık gittiğimizde iki kişilik oda verdiler bir tane koltuğu açmışlar yatak gibi ama bu çek yat değil berbat yardımcı bile olmuyorlar

Oda temizdi fakat kötü koku vardı kirli paspasla temizlik yapıldı diye düşünüyorum. Personel güler yüzlü

Room was so dirty and gross. Elevators take forever and super crowded. When I got to the room, someone from the front desk just opened my door and almost entered (had chain on).

Odalar temiz ama asansörler bozuk ve lobiye inmek için 1 saat beklememiz gerekiyor

1 saatte check in yapamadılar . Sürekli sıra var . Asansörde 1 saat bekledik yukarı cıkmak için cok gürültülü ayrıca tuvalet kagıdı bile yok odada

Tam merkezi yer, plaja tek yolu geçerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Büyük olmasından dolayı kalabalık, ancak çok asansör telafi ediyor. Odalar temiz ve düzenli

Otelde hizmet sıfır Odamın elektriği bozuktu gelip tamir bile etmediler onu söylemek için bile 1 saat sırada bekliyorsunuz Wi-Fi şifresini vermediler Asansörlerde aşırı sıra bekliyorsunuz metro durağı gibi ayrıca otele kayıt yaptırmak için resepsiyonda bile en az 2 saat bekliyorsunuz kimseye tavsiye etmem

Otel değil çok büyük olfuğu için personel yok giriştekiler ukala ve saygısız. Bir çok yerden ipini koparan gelmiş güvenli değil.

Firma sahibinin Türk olmasına rağmen resepsiyonunda Türkçe bilen birinin olmaması ve binaya ait otopark bulunmamasının dışında büyük bir eksiklik göremedim

This is a nice hotel to stay in Batumi, basic, simple, huge building, prime location excellent view, good a/c, we were impressed with the room we got, staff speaks fluent English, front desk staff very helpful and friendly, miss Keti in guest relations was always following up our stay and looking after us, very friendly she was essential part of the grading. 2 elevators were not working and the line to get to the 40 floor was long, the elevator floor number doesn't match with your room floor number... a number mismatch, Bell boys the day we arrived we very rude, ignored us trying to find if we were in the right complex, construction in the vecinity and no parking is a drawback, foul smell from sewage overflowing and visible from next door building is very discusting (isnot orbit fault) no room service, but home delivery apps work fine, we had an over all nice stay, we will stay again in Orbi.

We had a two-bedroom apartment on the 31st floor. Apartment was spotless, newly furnished and comfortable. But the property was chaotic. Reception is a shambles. Staff generally not in any sort of uniform - difficult to tell who works there and who does not. A few very helpful people; also a few with their feet up and playing with their phones while guests jumped the queue demanding attention. Construction around the property so very limited pedestrian access, - difficult even to cross the street. Basically, this is not a hotel but a collection of centrally managed holiday apartments. Sadly not well managed because it could be amazing.

Service team are the best

Sauberkeit sehr gut , service könnte besser sein ( alle 3 tage muss man wahtsapp nach Handtücher- Toilettenpapier fragen ) Reinigung team kam um 20 uhr sehr freundlich schnell alles gemacht lob ans Reinigungsteam.Nachts um 02:00uhr durch lautsprecher irgendwelche informationen war eine nacht total laut .Teotzdem waren alle freundlich. Schade kein Restaurant man muss in Stadt gehen Achtung Straßen und Gehwege sind ne Katastrophe.

This place was over crowded. Not enough staff. Waited almost 20 minutes to get on elevator. Human traffic in the balding is terrible and extremely overwhelming
