What an excellent three days! Nestled in a picturesque country setting surrounded by olive trees, the hotel exudes refined Sicilian elegance with a modern twist. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms were large and elegant, reflecting the hotel's atmosphere. The pools a definite 10 out of 10. The quality and variety of the food were exceptional. The food is a celebration of Sicilian culinary traditions, full of flavour, and made with fresh local ingredients. The landscape around the property was postcard-perfect, with breathtaking panoramic views and amazing sunsets. Looking forward to returning soon!

Exceptional property! Stunning facility and top-notch service without feeling awkwardly "over-serviced". The location is remote so it's best to have a car if you're planning on exploring. We really enjoyed the Poolside restaurant for dinner and ate there 3 times during our stay. The food was amazing and the entire dining service crew really made the experience absolutely delightful. They were professional, personable, and fun. Kept us coming back for more. It's hard to describe how beautiful the pool and property is. Sometimes you see beautiful photos on the website and are then disappointed but here, the reality was actually even better than the pictures!

Il San Corrado di Noto is a beautiful hotel. The whole experience was amazing. I’m also very grateful with the hotel because I missed my flight from Barcelona to Catania and didn’t charge me for the first night.
