Wifi is not good, continuously seriously disconnected. The area is ok, but the distance to the metro or bus stop is not so short, 10 minutes. The hotel looks new and clean but the quality of towels is not for 4star hotel. Breakfast is not special just ok. I paid 350euros for two nights and I think it is overpriced.

The showers were amazing. The staff was always polite and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Hotel eccezionale. Se dovessi tornare ad Atene sceglierei sicuramente questa struttura per soggiornare. Il personale è di una disponibilità infinita, sempre pronti a risolvere problemi o ad aiutare. Nonostante mia moglie fosse molto esigente hanno soddisfatto tutte le sue richieste. La colazione è abbondante e squisita, mai trovato un cappuccino del genere in un hotel. La camera è molto spaziosa, pulita e ben organizzata. La posizione è molto strategica data la vicinanza al centro e alla fermata della metro. Consiglio questa struttura a tutti.

Ac was out in the first apartment- manager comes in and says it’s normal for Athens that the ac cools Like that even though I insisted it’s not. He takes me to another apartment and ac was blasting cold air- he finally admits that ac wasn’t working. We had no one to help move our bags out of the room into the new one and we had to set up the sofa bed since housekeeping wasn’t there. Not once was our room cleaned out of a 4 day stay. only nice thing about the hotel was the restaurant Tivoli right next to it- owner is amazing at that restaurant. Would not recommend

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was small but enough space for the 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. Location wise is fine - it’s about a 15-20 min walk to the main tourist areas. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough around the edges but that didn’t impact our time. Staff were great and helpful!

We enjoyed staying there for three nights in summer 2026. The location may not seem the best for some travelers. But for us it was with very good.

It was a good two-night stay for my daughter and me. Our room had two separate beds and two sinks, which was very convenient. The location wasn’t ideal, though, as it’s right on the edge of a rougher part of town. The cleanliness could also be improved—the makeup mirror was covered in fingerprints, and some of the lights flickered, likely due to the building’s electrical system.

Checked in late, things went smoothly. Staff was helpful, but the rooms were dirty. Found some pubic hair in the bed. Not the best.

The staff were very nice and helpful but location/neighborhood was not great. I thought the description stated that an airport shuttle was included. While the hotel kindly arranged a shuttle, we had to pay cash for the transport. Also, it was not as close as I was hoping to the sites. It was at least a 20 min walk to the acropolis and museums.
