전체 평가 및 리뷰 Design Hotel Ddul&

룸 벽 곳곳에 얼룩들이 많았고 먼지가많았습니다. 밤에 위층에서 주기적인 소음이 크게들려 프론트에요청하였으나 소리를 녹음해달라는것외에 별도의 조치를 취해주지않았으며 주위소음때문에 잘잘수가 없었습니다.

늦은 시간 주차 공간이 매우 많이 부족합니다.

예약한 방에서 담배냄새가 나서 다른방으로 추가비용내고 업그레이드 했습니다. 하지만 사장님께서 잘 해주셔서 불만은 없습니다. 잘쉬고 갑니다.

크게 기대 안했는데 너무 좋았구요 방도 크구 일회용 세트도 잘 나왔어요 1층에서 팝콘이랑 컵라면 무료이용 가능해요

송탄역에서 10여분 정도 걸리네요. 멀지는 않지만 역 앞에 다른 숙박 시설도 많아서 고민될 수 있어요. 그러나 카운터 친절하시고 앞에 라면 물 팝콘이 무료로 있는 점이 좋습니다. 주차장은 협소하니 늦게 오면 좀 불편할 것 같아요. 방도 좋고 화장실도 좋네요.

생각보다 깔끔하고 프론트의 응대는 친절했습니다. 주차공간이 좁지만 대리주차를 해주시는 점은 좋았구요. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

갑자기 출장을 가게 돼서 어디가 좋을지 몰라서 평점이 높은 곳을 선택했는데, 가격이 저렴해서 큰 기대는 하지 않고 간 호텔. 왜 평점이 높은지 알 것 같은 무료 서비스 들이 주차, 간식 등 몇가지 있었고 친절하고 깔끔함. 다만, 호텔보다는 모텔에 가까운 곳이며, 평택시내에서 차로 15-20분 떨어진 송탄?이란 곳에 위치하고 있음.

하루일정으로 출장가서 편하게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다 평택 중앙시장 및 신장몰 근처라서 주위에 식당도 많이 있어서 좋았습니다 스탭들도 매우 친절하셨고 컵라면과 삶은 계란, 팝콘 등 무료로 간식도 제공하더군요 주차장이 좀 좁지만 무료 발레파킹 해주셔서 불편한 점은 없었습니다

인근의 타숙박 업체 대비 가격이 약간 저렴한 편이었는데, 품질은 인접한 다른 호텔보다 더 낫습니다. 침대가 상당히 크고, 편안했습니다. 주변에 요식업 상권은 크게 형성되어 있지 않았으나, 기본적인 식당은 어느 정도 있으며, 숙소 바로 옆에 GS편의점도 있어 편리합니다. 객실 내 음료/물 서비스와는 별개로 로비층 냉장고에 음료/물 그리고 컵라면을 무료로 이용할 수 있도록 해 놓았는데, 만족도가 큽니다.

어메니티가 풍성했고 방이 너무 청결해서 맘에들었습니다. 창문이있어 환기가 잘되었고 넷플릭스를 무료로 볼수있어 좋았습니다 담출장에도 이용할거같아여

The staff was great, easy access to local restaurants. Very quiet, nice large HDTV solid WIFI. There are a few snacks available downstairs in the lobby along with free water, can coffees(I think), microwave, toaster, bread, butter etc. Great value for the money in an area that does not have a lot of other hotels. Good place to stay if you want to shop in the famous shopping areas outsite Osan Air Base.

Very convenient and same day booking. Worth the price.

Great amenities in the room. Good pillows, shower was fantastic with even a rain spout. Towels were small and limited. No one came to clean the room. The massage chair was amazing as well.

Love it

The pictures made this hotel look warm and inviting. It was nothing like that. When we checked into the two rooms that we booked, they both wreaked of cigarettes smoke even though they were supposed to be smoke-free. They were stains all over the walls the fixtures in the bathroom and the shower area we're not installed properly. The lamps mounted to the wall next to the bed continued to rotate on the wall when you try to turn them off because they were not mounted properly. There was dirt and debris in the bathtub and on the floors. The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable I probably only slept an hour the first night. I went to the front desk the next morning and said that I needed to check out of both rooms. I suffer from upper respiratory elements and the smell in the rooms was so strong it was causing my throat to close up and I was having a hard time breathing. I asked for them to cancel the remainder of the reservation and I tried to work with Expedia to gain a refund for eight of the nine days booked since we were checking out early and they refused to refund me for any of the stay even though the rooms were not safe or clean. I have no choice but to dispute the transaction with my credit card company at this point. Completely unacceptable. I will not use Expedia for any future bookings nor would I ever consider staying at this hotel again.

Air conditioner wasn’t cold enough. I was sweating in my room, overall a great hotel. I’ll come back

Beautiful room in the entertainment district. Enjoyed the shopping and food near by. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Super nice suite with massage chair and all hygiene products

It's a short walk from Songtan, making it a convenient place to stay. The room was clean and had a bathtub!
