객실이 굉장히 깨끗하고 직원분들이 친절해요. 그리고 조식이 정말 괜찮아서 꼭 드셔야합니다!

아침식사는 맛있었습니다. 위치가 좋아 중간중간 숙소에서 쉴수있습니다. 다만 엘레베이터가 없어 무거운짐울 옮기느라 힘이 들었습니다

전철역과 버스정류장이 바로 옆에 있어 위치는 완벽합니다. 도보로 주요 명소를 방문하는 것도 가능합니다. 다만, 침구에 스테인 자국이 있어서 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 전체적으로 청결했습니다.

외관은 옛날 식이었지만 있을건 다 있네요. 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐들고 올라가는게 좀 불편 딴 건 다 괜찮음

Almost perfect, down side there’s no elevator and im in the 4th floor (senior).

The location is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable but be prepared for several flights of steps to get to your room.

Was initially tricky to find the entrance, and be prepared for some steps to get up to your room. We loved the location, the room and AC were excellent, and breakfast was great. We would stay here again!

Be prepared to share a restroom/Shower with others. But the showers work great! There is body wash available but it quickly runs out and is not refilled, so bring your own. Rooms are tiny. Cute, small balcony, but it’s dirty.

Everything was amazing!

We stayed in a room with a double and private bath. It was small however suited our needs. Room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. A bit loud as pretty close to the core, suggest ear plugs or whire noise machine Staff were friendly and helpful. Mindful that the entrance is beside the restaurant in the alley and there are a lot of stairs. We were able to store our luggage behind the desk before we checked in and after we checked out for no fee.

Just arriving at the hotel was shocking. The building is old. The building's facade is ugly and neglected. The entrance is a little bit scary, you have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator available as it was previously informed so it was not a surprise). But after you receive the room, you start loving it. The location is great and the room is good and clean. You can walk to every touristic spot with a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. The area is safe and the breakfast is really good. Not a lot of options but is nice.

La zona es engañósa, la entrada al hospedaje está en callejón no muy bonito y la zona no siente muy segura. No hay elevador y la cama está súper incómoda. Las instalaciones limpias y vista a una plaza exterior bonita

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early. The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty basic but good. It was a bit noisy outside which didn’t bother me but light sleepers should be aware. Overall great hotel and would stay here again.

This is a central hotel which is perfectly located for the tourist hotspots. From the outside, the hotel entrance was a little difficult to find as it was located off an alley on the back of it which led to two flights of stairs to reach the hotel reception. There is no lift. I consider ourselves to be lucky by having a room booked at the front of the hotel as we overlooked the square. The room was small but very clean. It has shutters on the windows and AC which we were very thankful for as it was summer. There was outside noise at points during the night but I was able to sleep and I feel that the slight sounds coming from the AC probably helped mask them. I cannot fault any of the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a continental breakfast with a good selection of breads, pastries, cereals, meats, cheeses, yogurts and fruit. With coffee, tea, juice and water available to drink. The only fault I had was that we experienced someone coming in off the streets to walk up the stairs to ask for money. The building door is open during day and I think the building houses more than just the hotel so there is no one on the door to see who is entering or leaving and there were some people in the area who looked like they may have drink, drug or psychological issues which led me to feel a little unsafe at times. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a central hotel which is close to the main tourist hotspots and overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Everything was excellent for my first trip from the U.S. to Lisbon. The experience was very pleasant, and breakfast was included, similar to the American style. I definitely recommend
