My husband and I spent one night. Location is very convenient. There’s a shuttle to the airport. Staff were very friendly.

Excellent service and timely airport shuttle. I stayed for one night returning from Galapagos, and the staff was courteous attentive. Hotel was Very Clean. Highly recommend for convenient overnights near airport.

This hotel is very close to the airport. They will pick you up from the airport no matter your time of arrival (I arrived almost at 12:30 AM). Just reach out to them through Expedia and give them your flight details. The building itself feels very new and the rooms are modern and nice. The included breakfast buffet was good. They allowed me to check out at noon. The hotel is about a 45 minute ride from the hotel to the center of Quito.

It was nice.

Quick stay between flights. Great breakfast. Great airport shuttle.

Professional

This time I was in room 107 which was very noisy due to a large air conditioner or generator right outside the window. If I did not use my earplugs, I would’ve had to have had them change my room. I will remember this in the future and not except a room in this area of the hotel.

The staff are friendly, professional, helpful with great attitudes! Everything is clean & nice, no complaints except it is very expensive.
