The location was perfect for the occasion. Room was spacious and comfortable. I was a little disappointed that they failed to “light touch” clean during my stay - trash built up and I had to come to the front desk to get more towels. We really enjoyed The Social with light food and drinks.

Wonderful staff I loved the outside area

I like using Staybridge because I have food allergies and prefer to cook for myself when traveling for business. The kitchenette is adequate and they do offer a huge variety for breakfast so I am able to grab something before heading to the office. The lobby area is well designed and conducive to small conversations or informal but cozy dining and there is plenty of area to set up a workstation. The rooms offer a decent desk area and comfortable couch, but they switched out the TVs when I was there and I cant stream Netflix from my account (even though they are "Smart" TVs). On the old ones I could at least use the Screencast feature from my phone, but with the new ones I am stuck with boring local channels and NO GUIDE. :-(. Bad move with the TVs, unfortunately.

For a last minute booking this facility was great. Very accommodating, friendly staff, and had a good continental breakfast.

Easy check-in, polite staff, rooms spacious and clean.

Nice area, food near by and the hotels is clean and maintained. Also the staff is friendly.

We were there for the race in Virginia City.

Beautiful hotel, great amenties, breakfast was amazing. 💯 would recommend. Dog friendly, pool was clean, friendly staff. Had crayons and papers for kiddos to color during breakfast. Experience was amazing.

Traveled here for a tournament, The blonde lady that worked nights was awesome. Stayed here with most of our team she had early breast fast set up for us. Nice place

Great stay! This was a convenient and very nice place for a night in Carson City. Friendly staff and close to hot springs.

Breakfast wasn’t stocked, no coffee and no one around to help

Good hotel between the airport and the Tahoe resorts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are well laid-out and comfortable. No noise issues. There is plenty of parking outside and some restaurants within walking distance. My only suggestion would be to add more fruit and vegetables options at breakfast.

It was a great stay, they upgraded me to a 3 bedroom suite.

Bathroom had hairs

All front desk staff were courteous, accommodating, and professional. We had a great stay, very close to the Carson Hot Springs.

Neat, quiet and felt like home!

Everything was good

Room was dirty staff was rude. Front desk staff were the only nice staff that we dealt with. When we were eating breakfast staff was calling all staff vulgar names in front of us and blatantly rude when telling them they were out of orange juice. We will never stay there which is unfortunate because we go there every few months to visit family and it was recommended
