만족스러운 여행이었습니다

Everything is perfect!

좋은 후기가 많아 예약했으나 제 경험은 최악이었어요. 4개월 전 예약, 가족여행으로 2개 룸을 예약하면서 커넥팅 룸 요청했으나 반영되지 않음. 추가요금 내고 정원뷰 방을 예약했지만, 풀부킹이다등등 이해할 수 없는 이유를 내세우며 커넥팅룸 불가. 최소 같은 층이라도 달라니 시티뷰룸 줌. 이건 아니다 싶어 정원뷰룸을 달라니 반지하에 수풀우거진 장애인룸을 줌. 자신들이 커넥팅룸 요청 고객 메세지를 받고도 무시하고는 네가 커넥팅룸 필요하면 요청했어야지? 하고 무례를 범해서 요청한 내용을 보여주자 이번에는 더 일찍 더 비싸게 예약한 사람이 많아서 줄 수 없다고 함. 두 젊은 여자 호텔리어는 슬슬 웃으며 고객을 무시하면서 화나게 하는 재주가 있었고, 정원뷰라며 준 장애인용 0층 반지하 수풀무성한 뷰를 배정받았을땐 조롱당하는 기분이 들었음. 빙그레**이란 말뜻을 이해하게 됌. 좋은 뷰에 추가요금은 매기면서 정작 나쁜 뷰방은 호텔 사정에 의해 맘대로 한다? 이해할 수 없었음. 그러면 예약은 왜 받나? 오버부킹은 호텔측 문제지 예약한 고객의 잘못이 아님. 심지어 체크인 2시로 일찍했음. 결국 첫날은 시티뷰룸에서 묵고 이틀째 되는 날 제대로 된 방을 배정해주긴 했으나, 방이 없어서 못준다던 했던 첫째날 이미 고객은 여행을 망칠 정도로 실망했음. 두방 중 정원뷰로 배정된 또다른 방의 문제는 벌레, 파리 모기 였음. 체크인 하자마자 침대위에서 빙빙 도는 벌레를 잡아달라고 했으나 결국 3일 내내 파리 모기랑 같이 지냄. 자신들의 실수를 고객탓으로 돌리는 직원을 둔 호텔임. 전 세계 많은 호텔을 묵는 고객인 내가 안좋은 특별한 경험을 경험한 인상적인 호텔임. 다시는 묵고 싶지 않음.

호텔이 조용하고 밖의 정원과 수영장이 멋이좋았으며 중심지에 호텔이있어 이동학기좋았음

위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 포르투 내에서 돌아다니기 좋은 위치. 아침식사도 맛 났습니다. 빵과 먹을 수 있는 여러가지 음식과 주스 커피도 맛나고 나타도 있습니다.

자동차를 이용하여 호텔을 찾는데 어려움이 있었으나 위치도 좋고 편안한 호텔이었어요.

관광지 중심에 있어서 이동이 편리했음. 수영장 등 시설이 가격대비 만족스럽고, 특히 조식 식사가 좋았음.

Overall, this is a top-class hotel that we would happily recommend. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff in the restaurant and pool bar were consistently warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. They really helped make our stay enjoyable. The only area that could be improved was the reception. While the staff were polite, there were very few smiles or simple greetings when we entered or left the hotel. It may seem like a small detail, but feeling genuinely welcomed and acknowledged makes a huge difference, especially for first-time visitors to both the hotel and the country. A friendly “good morning” or “have a nice day” goes a long way in creating a memorable guest experience. Despite this small point, we had a wonderful stay.

My stay was a mazing at mercure hotel, I loved the location it was walking distance from all attractions, and it was between the water and the shopping area,,, couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Tout était parfait. Super belle chambre neuve. Très propre. Belle piscine. Employés très serviables. Proche de tout.

This is a great hotel. It’s definitely a place I would stay at again and recommend to everyone I know. Right as you walk in the inviting aroma is fantastic. And the staff OUTSTANDING! You can absolutely see they love their job and want you to love your stay! Luisa was at the front desk once we arrived and she remembered who I was and what i needed from messages I sent the hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service , rooms , breakfast , location. If your debating stop now. Book this place. You won’t be disappointed !

Great hotel and great location

Great hotel. Excellent location. Very nice helpful staff. Good point is the ability to use pool, gym and showers after checking out. Useful if you have a late flight.

Ett mycket bra hotell med ett fantastiskt läge. Ligger centralt men trots det är det väldigt lugnt på hotellet. Ok frukost. Litet poolområde men för att vara centrala Porto är det bra. Trevlig personal.

The hotel is in a great location to see all the sights and sounds! It’s welcoming, the room is laid out well and is decorated exceptionally well. It has a great vibe, welcoming staff, and a great morning buffet. The pool is small, but a nice addition especially with near 40 degree temperatures. I strongly recommend!

Hotel impecável, equipe muito alegre e disposta a nos fazermos únicos . Comida muito saborosa e muito acolhedores para pets ! Super recomendo e pretendo me hospedar novamente !

Centrally located and just steps from Sao Bento Rail Station. Tons of restaurants close by. Very clean hotel and well-priced if you have more than 2 travellers. Their connecting rooms are cheaper than getting two separate rooms at other hotels. Lots of privacy with sliding doors to bathroom and shower. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
