전체 평가 및 리뷰 Novotel Yangzhou Slender West Lake

本來整體體驗不錯，唯獨對禁煙方面沒有切切地執行，容許客人在大堂及走廊位置抽煙，不作為勸阻，令整個環境充滿煙味，令人失望。

All staffs were well trained with guests in mind.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in memory This is nothing like Novotel in Europe. It’s like comparing 10 year old Peugeot 205 to the latest BYD limousine. Excellent breakfast, luxurious room with a Japanese type Super Loo Even has free laundry machines and dryers and detergent and stain remover is provided for free. Extremely courteous and helpful staff.

The hotel is converted from an old hotel. The rooms are smaller than modern hotels. But the stuff are super nice! They say hello to you every time they meet you and bowl to you. The try to fulfill every one of our needs. Definitely get the breakfast buffet, they have tons of choices.

I came to Yangzhou for only 2 days for a business trip and this hotel made me wish I had stayed a week longer! I have never encountered friendlier staff. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was super stocked with everything I needed and more. Everyone at the hotel was so nice to me!! 10/10
