Good staff, clean room

I booked a suite with Kitchener Frigidaire microwave and I hade just the microwave the cafe machine didn’t have regular coffee and I when to front desk to get some beverage and candies and it was no buddy to serve me… attention the installation was perfect !! I sleep like a baby …

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff are amazing from allowing our gathering, a touching note, and a late check in to accommodate our group for a funeral. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again

Great room. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. The breakfast was wonderful. Pool was a little small but hey there's a pool. I've stayed in a few places in Brockville and so far this is my favorite

The room was clean and breakfast was good. The breakfast lady made scrambled eggs for us as the egg option had bacon. Special thanks to her for going the extra mile.
