The staff were kind, the room was clean, and the bathroom was the cleanest, so I really liked it. And the best part of all is that it's close to the British Museum, so I loved it because it's a hostel in a good location!! If I visit London again, I will stay again. Thanks to you guys, I made good memories in this hostel!

모든게 너무 불편합니다. 비좁은 통로와 샤워 및 화장실 시설들 엘리베이터 없음 타월은 한장마다 렌탈비가 있음 머리맡 전원 아울렛은 접촉불량이며, 그위에서 먼지가 엄청나게 떨어짐 방에 있는 세면대, 화장실 세면대 근처 전원 아울렛이 없어 헤어 드라이하기 매우 불편함 free luggage storage라고 써있지만, 2파운드를 받음 리셉션은 매우 냉소적이며, 대체적으로 응대가 불친절함 비슷한 위치와 가격을 원한다면 제너레이터 런던으로 가는게 합리적임

Had to pay an extra £90 for 2 night stay as extra fee since booked through Hotels.com. Hostel itself was fine, staff were great. Understand disclaimer that hotel may assess other fees. But didn’t expect 30-40% more.

Hostel made me feel like home. I arrived at night and the guy in reception was really friendly regardleas the time I arrived (2:30am) he was welcoming and cool, from London so gave the right spots to go. The place is clean, I had a chat with Flynn while having breakfast. The location is well connected to several tube lines. A good experience overall. 10/10

The hostel has two sets of bathroom and toilet on ground floor and underground which was good. There is a sink in the room. I stayed in a four beds dorm but only shared the room with another person. This a really a plus. The guy in reception was very friendly and knows everything about the property. The room was not too warm with window open, but this also brought the noises from the street in. In general I quite enjoyed the stay there and might come back again.

It’s a brilliantly located hostel. However, as other reviewers have commented, I’m surprised at this hostel’s high rating. Because although the staff here are super friendly and accommodating, everything else is poor. Beds don’t have privacy curtains, which in today’s world, is pretty unforgivable. Especially when the dorms can be so hot that guests sleep on top of their bedding with little clothing! I moved to a different dorm during my stay, both were very noisy and very warm (during good weather). They are no hooks to hang anything including wet towels, so dorms are messy. The bathroom for my first dorm was small, old and felt dirty. By contrast, the bathroom for my second dorm was modern and clean - world’s apart! The entire property isn’t particularly clean, partly because they rely on the live-in staff to do the cleaning, rather than using a proper cleaning company like most other hostels do. The staff are lovely, but they are not professional cleaners. There’s a real lack of communal space to have some alone time, or do some work. The TV room is small, leaving only the kitchen area, which is always busy. Also, annoyingly the kitchen must be vacated mid-morning (at exactly when guests will want to make breakfast) so that the staff can clean it - bad decision! The laundry situation was dire, with one machine, that was partly broken. I loved the staff, so I wish this hostel was better, but it’s pretty terrible. There are MUCH better London hostels for your money.

Overall I liked this Hostel a lot and would definitely come back. Look, at the end of the day the things inconvenient about this property are the things inconvenient about every hostel. If you can’t handle no AC, no lift, and roommates that snore or are loud in the hallways all the way to quiet hours, then no hostel will work for you. Bring ear plugs and a sleep mask, and be ready climb some stairs. Beds are comfortable enough, showers are comparatively large for a hostel. My only complaint was my trundle locker was very squeaky which made it difficult to be respectful of my roommates sleep.

A very short 8 hour stay. 8 bed dorm was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I didnt get to try the leisure facilities due to lack of time. I will be back

The hostel was great. The reception lady and the manager were fantastic on check in. Very warm & welcoming. We had a 2-bed room a short stroll down the road. Room was clean, sheets were clean. Can't fault it for the price. A simple breakfast, but a perfect way to start the day. Good location to underground an small shop around the corner among other local attractions. I would use again if i were down in the capital!

Great hostel, would stay again

I had excellent service and care from the staff when I became a little unwell. Thank-you, everyone!! I had a girls only dorm it was spotless and the bedding was spotlessly clean and fresh. I liked the centrality of this place.

Bien en general, si no puede subir escaleras no lo tome hay 4 pisos de escaleras empinadas y angostas. Lo demás bien habitación pequeña para dos todo muy limpio los baños y duchas compartidas todo impecable limpio. Esta literal a media cuadra del museo de londres y cerca del comercio y locomocio. Los chicos de recepción super amables . Tiene guarda maletas post check out pero lo cobran 2,5 libras por persona.

Sadece düşük fiyat vermek isteyenler için öneririm aksi taktirde kesinlikle önermem. Merkeze yakın. Ancak tuvaletler ortak ve odanın dışında. Belki en önemli şey prizlerin hiçbiri çalışmıyordu. Hostel çok eski ve bakımsız. Biraz paranız varsa başka bir yer tercih edin.
