Because this is 1star hotel, I worried before I arrived. but hotel was very clean and staffs are very kind.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. On request they produced a kettle for the room so we could make tea. Great shower, quiet room. Thank you

Amazing hotel, great deal for its price, the staff is very friendly, smiling and always welcoming. The rooms are spacious, have great design, there is a good terrace in the roof. One thing I didn’t like was the cleaning service. I put the towel ok the floor to have it exchanged, but the cleaning lady just hung it back on the rack. That was crazy. The rest is great!

Loved the hotel and the room was super romantic, having a beautiful space to see all cadiz and feel the sea breeze in your face. Lovely staff, very attentive and special recognition to the lady in charge of the breakfast in the morning. Hotel.is very clean, and close to major attractions.

Schönes hist. Gebäude mit Charakter in zentraler Lage in einer Seitengasse ca. 200 m neben der Kathedrale in der Altstadt von Cadiz, tolle saubere Zimmer mit hohen Decken, hist. Innenfensterläden, Verdunklungsvorhängen, bequemen Queensizebett, gutem WLAN und Klima bzw. Heizungsanlage (die war gut und wichtig, da wir im Januar da waren), das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber verbesserungswürdig. Wir haben frischen Orangensaft, Ei und Honig vermisst. Salz und Pfeffer gehören auf jedem Tisch (statt nur 1 für alle Tische gleichzeitig). Mit diesen Kleinigkeiten wäre auch das Frühstück eine runde Sache gewesen bzw. hätte mehr dem Rest des schönen Hauses entsprochen. Wir können die Unterkunft (hier DZ mit Balkon) - trotz kleiner Abstriche beim Frühstück -uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent attentive staff, great facility in the heart of cadiz close to public parking

Room was spotless. Staff were very professional.

The room was clean and well appointed. Perfect and comfortable.The Orange and Cedarwood shower gel was a great touch. I planned on visiting in august, plans changed but this hotel still appealed. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff hospitable, helpful and very courteous. I did not include breakfast in my booking but the option to add it was worthwhile. The hotel is in a brilliant location near the cathedral while the other attractions are easily reached. In short the location, ambiance, facilities and staff make this a great place to stay when in Cadiz. Thank you

Hôtel bien situé bon rapport, qualité prix. Personnel, très aimable et arrangeant.

Taxi could not go to the front door due to a narrow street. We had to haul luggages about 80 feet. There was no egg either scrambled or fried or boild for the breakfast.

Quarto limpo e com bom espaço. O pátio onde é proporcionado o café da manhã é espaçoso, porém tem poucas mesas e cadeiras o que força o hóspede a ter que aguardar a sua vez. Na minha vez, aguardei um bom tempo

hôtel avec un super charme . une très belle restauration d'un lieu historique. idéalement situé dans le quartier historique. le personnel est très serviable. très bon petit déjeuner à conseiller.

Very delightful hotel accommodation in a convenient part of Cadiz. Most of all, the staff were amazing!

Taxis can not drive to the door, but it is an easy 3 minute walk from the drop off to the door. The rooms are nice, comfortable, the breakfast is good and there is an abundance of shopping and dinning choices within 5 min. walk. Hop on hop off stop is also a 3 or 4 min. walk. just off a plaza and next to the main walking ally to the market area. The staff is very helpful with directions and suggestions. It's hard to see from a short distance (the sign can be bigger or stand out more) but the place is beautiful, well kept and accommodating and in my view very underrated.
