a bit expensive than the quality. they only clean the room once in 3days. but the shower towel is very thin and old. I’ll go another hotel next time.

2박 3일 동안 머물렀는데 너무 좋았어요 도착하는날 아침에 체크인시간 전에 짐 맡기려고 호텔 방문했는데 아침시간임에도 불구하고 방을 준비해줬어요 편안하고 쾌적한 숙박이였습니다 호텔 직원들고 다정하고 친절했어요 비엔나의 좋은 기억중 하나입니다 귀찮아서 리뷰 잘 안쓰는데 여긴 체크인 할 때부터 리뷰쓰려고 맘먹었어요 다음 비엔나 여행때에도 머물고 싶어요

Almost perfect place to stay. Good price, big and clean room, private refrigerator and kitchen, kind workers, fantastic water pressure of shower, exotic room setup. The places around the hotel is kinda boring but it is close to transporting systems so it is not a problem. The only thing missing was air conditioner. Also, some rooms are close to railroad. The building's soundproof system was reasonable so it was not a problem for me if I close the window, but because it doesn't have air-conditioner, I had to open window. However, as far as I know, the temperature of Vienna is not that hot in average summer, so I guess it would be not a problem if one visit here in usual.

Otelin konumu ve ulaşım açısından çok iyiydi. Oda büyüktü ve ihtiyaç olan herşey vardı. Ancak yerler, mobilyalar ve banyo çok tozluydu, duvarlar, perdeler, halı ve kapı kirliydi. Çarşaflar ve havlular temizdi. Personel yardımcı oldular ama çok kabaydı.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Mikrowelle hat leider nicht funktioniert, haben einen Drink spendiert bekommen. Auf dem Balkon hatte es nur einen Stuhl, bei einer Buchung für 2 Personen definitiv schlecht. Auf Anfrage ob wir einen zweiten Stuhl bekommen könnten, ein klares, für uns unverständlicher Nein. Des Weiteren wollten wir 2 Weingläser ausleihen, war auch unverständlicherweise nicht möglich. Das Frühstück war fein und grosszügig. Personal war nicht immer aufmerksam und auch nur teils freundlich. Die Herzlichkeit vom ersten Moment, wie das Hotel sich beschreibt, konnten wir nicht ausnahmslos erleben.

Zimmer sind groß, viel Stauraum und gute Küche sowie neuwertig. Reinigung der Polstersysteme könnte besser sein, einiges verschmiert. Dusche in gutem Zustand. Frühstück ist angemessen und in Ordnung. (Oliven und Spiegelei wären nicht schlecht). Parkmöglichkeiten rundum sind gut, am Wochenende ist in Wien kostenlos zu parken. Mitarbeit an der Rezeption sehr nett und lösungsorientiert. An der anliegenden Straße direkte Verbindung zur Straßenbahn und somit konnt man mit einem 24h Wienticket überall hin. Vielen Dank und Gruß

Perfect location with tram stop right outside the entrance. Entire staff friendly and knowledgeable. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Great coffee and a nice breakfast offering.

The property was ok. I liked the one in Munich better. I love the swings in the room and how spacious the studios are what I didn’t like was I was there for three days and there was no cleaning service the entire time and when I went to ask for towels, the lady working there wasn’t all that friendly however, the other employees were great. I found the parking and the breakfast to be expensive but it was close to a line to get into Vienna fairly quickly.

Property not convenient to U-Bahn and thus not convenient for visiting downtown. Staff very friendly and gracious but I often had to wait for service. Bar has nice selection of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages but no decent food - and no very short walk restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet. Complimentary coffee available all day but stupid policy about not bringing big mugs to room.

Das Zimmer ist riesig, die Küchenzeile sehr groß, Bad super und ein großer Balkon. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber Speitzer am Spiegel und ein nicht gereinigten Zahnputzbecher waren nicht so schön, aber nicht wirklich schlimm.

Great hotel! Good location with handy connections to the city center and the airport. Room was clean and the kitcheinette had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good, we had it one morning. Would visit again!
