Our stay at Acandia Hotel in Rhodes was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a modern, stylish design and a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything is spotless and well maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. The staff truly stand out — friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, including delicious local specialties. Overall, Acandia Hotel delivers exceptional comfort, service, and food, and we would happily return. Special praises to Georgia the bartender who helped me to propose to my fiance and Elina the receptionist.

Oda temizligi, rahatligi gayet guzeldi. Calisanlarda ayni sekilde gayet ilgililerdi. Sezon disi geldigim icin otelin etrafinda insaat sesi cok vardi. O yuzden uylusuzluk cektim.

Zimmer relativ neu, groß und sauber. Bad eher kleiner. Frühstück nicht überragend, aber solide und mit genug Angebot, um jeden Geschmack zu treffen. Personal freundlich, aber auch irgendwie desinteressiert

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester da. In diesem Teil der Stadt hatten zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte offen, während die Altstadt komplett geschlossen hatte. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Hafens und kann mit dem Flughafenbus erreicht werden. Unser Zimmer war geräumig mit einem bequemen Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Spa hatte sogar an Heiligabend für uns auf. Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mycket trevlig o hjälpsam personal. Rummen rena och fräscha. Frukost bra mycket att välja på oh varierade något varje morgon.

From the beginning till end of our holiday it was perfect service.Thanks a lot to Sabrina she is so helpfull with everything. I advice definitly this Hotel its very near to beach ,center and old town.

This hotel is in an excellent location. You are about 10 mins walk to old town, less than 5 mins to shopping and restaurants, and walkable to the beach. Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommended.

Durch Reisegruppe war das Frühstück in der Zeit um 9 Uhr problematisch, da nicht genug Personal in diesen Tagen des Jahreswechsel da war. Der Frühstücksraum war in der Lobby und der vermutlich eigentliche Frühstücksraum geschlossen.

Front desk lady, Mika, was GREAT! Our newly renovated room however, needs work. The door needs a key, the buttons to alert cleaning crew not to clean, doesn't work, so they cleaned anyway and left our door unlocked since the doors need an actual key! Luckily nothing was stolen! The shower needs to be modified as it doesn't drain properly and all the water comes out onto the bathroom floor. we had to use multiple towels. It was not designed well at all. We informed the Team members. The construction guy hadn't wiped down their measurements etc. from the cupboards area and cleaning crew didn't see it either. The tiles weren't wiped down in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good. The elevator and hallway needs AC. Rooms were nice and modern.
