숙박시설은 아주좋습니다. 방은 넓고 화장실은 장애우설비까지 갖추어져 있었습니다. 베란다에나가 커피한잔할수 있는 낭안있는 공간도 있구요.아침식사도 건강식처럼 좋았구요 데코도 먹음직스럽게 해주셨습니다. westbahnhof에서 아주 가깝습니다. 쇤부른, 호프브루크도 걸어서 25분이면 도착합니다. 다음에 오면 여기서 또 숙박하고 싶습니다

The property was very nice and easy to access. It had all the basic amenities and a Thai restaurant that was pretty good.

The concept is a good idea, but the room were I stayed it was not very clean. The mattress was very soft and the bedding was a bit rough. The area is not the best on my opinion

The room was beautiful but smaller than expected - tight for two people with large suitcases. A loud hum (likely from the bathroom fan) was noticeable but reduced by closing the bathroom door; earplugs are provided, likely for this reason. Check-in and info were sent via WhatsApp, with helpful extras like luggage storage and local tips. We appreciated the self-service setup, though it may not suit those who prefer daily housekeeping or front desk interaction. Location was out of the city centre but 5 mins to a train/tram stop and a 10–15 min walk to a grocery store.

Excellent location, very near to main station for Uban underground and Tram, and to a main shopping street. Our Standard studio was very comfortable, all facilities as described. Bed very comfortable and place very clean. Appreciated the extra drinks left in fridge. Will definitely stay again. Only issue -could not get any TV channel in English, despite 2 very speedy responses from Customer Team (via email) with detailed suggestions which unfortunately didn't work out. Instructions on how to amend and apply changes to language settings would be welcome. Thanks to Service Team for speedy responses. Really enjoyed our stay.

Modern, angenehme Atmosphäre mit viel Holz und Naturelementen. Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Leider war es auch erst ab 8 Uhr. Zimmer war hübsch und gemütlich, eine große Bettdecke statt 2 einzelne und sie war viel zu warm. Lage ist zwar Nähe Westbahnhof aber direkt am Gürtel (viel befahrene Straße), die Autos konnte man leider hören

Very comfortable bed, very good amenities in the room for this price (microwave, coffee machine, teapot, selection of teas and abundance of coffee capsules). All cutlery and plates that you might need. There were body lotion and hair conditioner (which is important to me) in the bathroom. I taken out the point for the room being dusty

I enjoyed my stay! It's in a good location for public transport (trams and underground trains) and one of the hop on hop off bus stops is a 2 minute walk away. Vienna is a big city, so its not walkable in my opinion, but this location made it easy to get everywhere. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable. There's a Thai restaurant on the ground floor, so there are often people around which is nice for the vibe. I haven't given 5 stars because the fact it's all automated is a bit annoying. You have to check in online to get a code and there's no desk or office nearby to talk to a human. I had problems checking in and the AI support was really good though. Lastly, there is underfloor heating in the bathroom! Winner haha

Nice modern design and materials for a few days stay. We are used to the smaller size room design so that part is fine as well. The bed was a nice large size and it’s important to not lose that aspect when downsizing everything else. Great location.

Had everything I needed. No staff on site was fine for this trip. Comfortable bedding. Complete control of the climate control was very important to have. Shower fixture could be better. Close to the west train station but on a busy road. Good sound proofing prevented it from disrupting my stay.

Adoramos nossa estadia! O hotel ficava a 15 minutos de team e 30 minutos andando das principais atrações da cidade. Região silenciosa, mas com opções de mercado e restaurantes próximos! Todos o atendimento mesmo que de forma digital, foi rápido e eficaz! Nosso apartamento contava com uma mini cozinha que nos ajudou muito nas refeições rápidas!

ウィーン西駅から近くて便利でした。 受付が無いタイプですが、WhatsApp経由でコミュニケーションはこまめに取れるので問題無かったです。 エレベーターもアクセスコードが無いと動かないタイプでしたのでセキュリティもしっかりしていました。 部屋も清潔でしたし、何より静かで良かったです。 清掃は入りませんが、タオル交換をしたい場合は地下のランドリールームに行けば洗濯済みタオルがありますので全く問題なかったです。 ウィーンを訪れる際にはまた宿泊したいです。

Die Umgebung ist eine Katastrophe! Man kann sich, gerade abends, nicht vor die Tür wagen! Schon gar nicht als Frau. Das war erschreckend und sehr schade für Numa. Es ist anstrengend dort und man ist gestresst!
