숙박시설은 아주좋습니다. 방은 넓고 화장실은 장애우설비까지 갖추어져 있었습니다. 베란다에나가 커피한잔할수 있는 낭안있는 공간도 있구요.아침식사도 건강식처럼 좋았구요 데코도 먹음직스럽게 해주셨습니다. westbahnhof에서 아주 가깝습니다. 쇤부른, 호프브루크도 걸어서 25분이면 도착합니다. 다음에 오면 여기서 또 숙박하고 싶습니다

Super noisy location. You can not open the window and they did not turn off the floor heating in summer, so I wasn’t able to sleep. Breakfast is in a Thai restaurant and not worth the price. You get a coffee OR juice and a standard hip breakfast from the menu. For this price, you should get a decent breakfast in town instead of sitting in an empty restaurant.

I really loved staying at this hotel. I did not do the breakfast, so I can’t really speak to that, but my room was very comfortable, and the amenities were very useful. I felt safe there as a solo traveler. I plan to seek out with other properties by the same company the next time I am in Europe. The location in Vienna was incredibly convenient and I was able to get everywhere I needed to go easily.

Very good hotel and central

Natürlich gibt es immer etwas zu beanstanden. Z.B. kam erst 4 Tage später jemanden, um die defekte Außenbeleutung zu tauschen und der Tusch fehlte komplett auf der Terrasse, aber.... ....die Lage ist so genial. 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum ESC, 3 Minuten zum Westbahnhof (wichtiger Verkehrsknoten) und 4 Gehminuten um in die Einkaufsstraße schlecht hin zu kommen und genau das macht die vorhergehende Kritik wett. Zentraler mit optimaler Verkehrsanbindung kann man nicht wohnen. CheckIn per WhatsApp, CheckOut per WhatsApp, bei Fragen werden per WhatsApp Deine Probleme schnell gelöst. Das war sehr besonders!

Sauberes Zimmer. Hotel sehr nah am Westbahnhof. Etwas lauter durch stark befahrene Straße direkt daneben aber ist okay. Die Lüftung im Bad roch komisch. Sonst super!

Ich war alleine unterwegs (4 Nächte) und hatte mich für das Hotel entschieden, weil ich mit dem Numa Mozart in Salzburg sehr zufrieden war. Positiv: fußläufige Nähe zum Westbahnhof, schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsstraßen und der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, schönes Ambiente im gesamten Hotel, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit separater Toilette, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeekapsel-Maschine, etc., Kommunikation mit Gästeservice über WhatsApp. Negativ: Der Lärm bei einem Zimmer zur Straße hin sowie die durchgelegene Matratze, die ich in dem ursprünglich zugewiesenen Einzelzimmer hatte. Ich bekam dann nach einer ziemlich schlechten Nacht ein anderes hofseitiges Zimmer, welches angenehm ruhig war. Die Matratze war zwar auch extrem weich, aber nicht so durchgelegen wie die andere. Für den schnell ermöglichten Zimmerwechsel war ich sehr dankbar. Größter Kritikpunkt: Das Frühstück, welches 20,-- Euro pro Tag gekostet hat. Es gab jedoch kein Buffet, sondern im angegliederten Restaurant lediglich eine spezielle Karte für Hotelgäste mit verschiedenen Frühstücksvarianten. Eine konnte man sich aussuchen und es gab auch nur ein einziges Getränk dazu - entweder 1 Tasse Kaffee oder 1 Glas O-Saft oder 1 Tasse Tee. Die Portion war auch sehr überschaubar - z. B. wurde Bircher-Müsli als Frühstück angeboten und lt. Karte bekommt man dann für 20,-- Euro auch wirklich nur ein Müsli. Das ist wirklich absolut unangemessen.

Easy check in. Great location, just few minutes walk from underground and tram station. Clean and modern room. Only one small thing: if the extractor fan in bathroom was on for a while, the room may smell of oil/ smoke, likely from the back-drawing from the kitchen extractor fan. But overall I’m very happy with the stay.

Clean room. Cups, tea, plates, cutlery, and kettle in the room are nice amenities.. digital key was also great! Though customer service was remote, it was efficient.

Perfect. Check-in very easy. Room is clean and fresh. Housekeeper don’t know English but no need. I really enjoyed. Safe stay. But my father wouldn’t like it because he has allergy to wood. But you can understand the name of the hotel. So very good.

Modern Comfort in a Perfect Location We had a wonderful stay in Vienna. The hotel is very nice and modern, with a beautiful Scandinavian aesthetic that I personally loved. At the same time, it was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The room had everything we needed, from appliances to make our own coffee and tea to excellent toiletries. We also loved the location. It is right next to a metro station, and since Vienna has such an efficient public transport system, it was very easy to explore the city. The hotel is also close to a very central area with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again, even when visiting other cities.

La habitación estaba increíble con balcón, el baño súper espacioso, la cama y las almohadas son un sueño te invitan a descansar. Maravillosa estancia el acceso al edificio, al elevador y a la habitación es con código. Se siente seguro, la ubicación es inmejorable cerca de la avenida llena de tiendas y la estación de tren. Fue una fantástica experiencia.

La habitación muy bonita, cálida y cómoda. Baño adaptado 100% para personas con movilidad reducida. Hotel muy bien situado al lado de la estación de bus y de una calle muy comercial

Sobald man das Licht im Badezimmer anmacht, geht die Lüftung an und dann riecht es im ganzen Zimmer wie in einem asiatischen Schnelllokal.

Vi har nu varit på detta hotell två gånger under det senaste året och är mer än nöjda. Rummen är rena, fräscha och har allt man kan tänka sig behöva. Det är väldigt smidigt med digital in- och utcheckning. Läget på hotellet är perfekt med två minuters promenad till Westbahnhof där det går både spårvagnar samt tunnelbana till alla sevärdheter. Tunnelbanesystemet är det smidigaste vi någonsin varit med om i en storstad. Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell och ser redan fram emot nästa vistelse.
