This hotel is unmanned facility. There will be no reception, and cannot store luggage before check in or after check out. Also cannot entry the property until check in time (15.00). They are supposed to give us key number to enter the property and room before our arrival, but until our arrival there was no key number that given to us. We do not know that this is hotel mistake or apps mistake. Luckily, the staff was there, so we can ask the key number. Check out time is at 10.00 and there will be fine of 3.000 JPY if you still inside hotel room after 10.00 am.
