Great location and room.

Hotel is located right off I35 in the middle of Waco so it was loud all night with I35 traffic. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The room we stayed in has a walk in shower not a bath tub shower combination. Pool was out of service so if you are traveling with kids call ahead to ensure the pool has been repaired and is operating. Stayed June 29, 2025

The staff was amazing, the size of the room was good, and it's near Baylor University.

Pool was closed but everything else was good

Amazing location and it’s a pristine Hotel!!!

When we checked in, we were sent to 2 different rooms that had not yet been cleaned and ready. When we finally got to our room, we needed extra towels and never received after we requested.

The staff was the bright spot in our stay. We had quite a few issues the first night but the lady at the front desk, Loni, did everything within her power to help. She communicated everything to the assistant manager, Terry, who kindly put us in a new room the next day. These 2 ladies are hard workers and I was glad to interact with them. The bathroom door is a sliding door and is mostly frosted glass. Looks cool unless someone gets up before you and needs to shower and has to turn on a light in the bathroom. It lights up the whole room. Kind of impossible to let others sleep.

Desk clerk was awesome

O hotel está bastante arrumadinho , muito grande e confortável , com ótimas roupas de cama e banho . Muito perto de restaurantes, cafés e dos Silos . Muito próximo a universidade de Baylor . Não tomamos o café da manhã do hotel então não tenho condição de avaliar sobre tal . Apesar de ser na beira da autopista era bem silencioso por conta das janelas acústicas .

First off, your pool wasn’t working, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. When you’re going with your friends, you can’t use the bathroom or take a shower properly because the door doesn’t close right. The water pressure was also very low. I was really disappointed. If you know your pool isn’t working, please let us know before we make a reservation. It’s not okay to make a reservation just one day before for you to notify us that the poor doesn’t work.

We enjoyed our stay. I did notice two items, however, there was an animal odor in our room when we entered. It did seem to dissiapte once we were inside for a while. Also, just to let you know, the tissues were extemely rough. It sure would be nice if you could provide softer tissues.

The room was fine. By no fault of their own the water was shut off and you couldn’t shower or even wash your hands. We were here for a wedding and it made it a really stressful start for the day. They did give us some bottles of water to use.

Ok..this hotel wasn't terrible, per se. However, we did worry about our car as the parking lot is unsecured. (the apartments right next door have a gated parking area, for reference). Directly across the highway from Baylor's football arena. The hotel seemed older, but had gone through a renovation. The bathroom floor had some hair in the corners and along the baseboards. Overall, it was ok. The bedding was clean, and the room smelled clean. We are Marriott platinum and have stayed at quite a few Marriott locations over the years. It was just ok, but I wouldn't necessarily choose it again.

Our experience was not so good. It was a family coming to Waco for a baseball tournament. My son had to switch hotels due to the rudeness of the night clerk. Their tv did not work and the swimming pool was not open. It was Memorial Day weekend and very hot and their son wanted to swim. When his mom called down to report tv and pool that’s when the incident occurred . The clerks response was rude and uncalled for and that is why they decided to go to another hotel and our family weekend changed to not so good.. We were from Abilene and they came from Col. Station.

The pool was closed.
