안전한 위치에 있었고 버스정류장이 가까워서 이용이 편리함. 지하철역은 10분 이상 거리에 위치함. 청결하고 직원들 친절한 점이 좋았음.

The room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast buffet had great selections and staff was very friendly! Especially the young man who stored our luggage before check in.

A lovely,peaceful,comfy bed stay...Wish it had been longer☺️

It was a good spot for getting on a cruise ship, but nothing else really close by

overall very nice, house keeping did a great job, I did as the front desk both nights for items and never received, guess busy. good overall

Room was nice. Young man by the name of Carl was incredibly helpful! Always very friendly and helped in every way possible. Young lady at the front check in desk, had a very unfriendly personality and was VERY rude. I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately, but she looked to be in her very early 20’s and wore a hijab. An employee like her should not be in the position of dealing with hotel guests.

We found ourselves having to take an Uber into the heart of Boston for all of our tours and for more upscale dining. There are hotels closer to all of the tours that we booked that would have made walking an option. I should have done my homework. The hotel was nice but on our last night the people next to us were smoking marijuana ALL NIGHT! I called the desk several times to complain with the result being security calling our room asking if we were smoking marijuana. I was sick all night! Other than that the hotel is very nice, updated and the breakfast is great.

Loved the location of this hotel. It was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Entire stay was very enjoyable. Housecleaning was very accomodating, gym was one of nicest and best equipped I've ever utilized, laundry facilities were sufficient, and kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Blackout drapes were awesome, as was the ocean view.

The breakfast was very impressive, a variety of choices. I also had water view which was worthy of extra money. Overall a very comfortable experience

O quarto com a vista " Water " é realmente muito bonito. Confortavel, localização execelente.

Front end was excellent. One gentlemen, N was beyond expectation. Only negative: Parking was expensive as an overnight guest.

The room had a nice layout and the staff was very courteous. In an era where rooms do not get cleaned, everything was done nicely.
