Closed for Good Friday so had to follow a bunch of instructions to access building/room. Would have been ok except received multiple emails and texts with drip fed info - could have been done with one proper email. Room was ok although clearly not vacuumed. Questioned cleanliness of everything else after that but seemed clean enough.

My only comment is the iron and kettle could be updated other than that I was very happy

The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us!

Handy to the highway. Was quiet and clean. Perfect for our very short stay.

I stayed at other Nightcap hotel before, it was great so I chose the same group. But it was quite disappointed in this one. Room was huge and you can get free vouchers for drinks which was nice, but the shower room was not clean properly, some sand on the floor and hairpins as well.

Was very convenient to the Gold Coast and other activities we had planned.

We had just been to a completely different hotel which was filthy, noisy and stank. At short notice, we needed another place to escape to. Upon arrival we were unsure if we had chosen properly. It looked like it was going to be noisy above a pub and on a main road. We were pleasantly surprised!!! The man who met us was super friendly. The room was large, spotless and quiet. The food we ordered from room service was amazing. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We really couldn’t fault it and would happily stay again!

Close to theme parks

I cannot THANK YOU enough for making our very first Qld holiday special and memorable, The amazing staff went above and beyond just to get us checked in earlier considering that we probably looked bone tired due to our very early flight. We felt that it was more than just a job, you actually care for your guests. Staff are warm, professional and hotel is very clean and the bathroom looks very new. The food is fantastic. I couldn’t find a single fault. We would like to personally thank you, but our flight again was quite early. So again Night Cap Nerang Team from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

While the parking and access was a little difficult and the exterior was a bit deceiving the room was amazing. Huge clean rooms, plenty of comfy beds, couches/seating, large bathroom with roomy shower and large shower head. Plenty of power points/USB ports for charging phones etc. and well stocked fridge ie milk and water. One of the best family rooms I have stayed in.
