Amazing hotel due to breathtaking views and location to the old town!

Excellent staff. Neat and Clean room. Shower was small but it's ok Excellent location close to Castle and citiy center.

Excellent location, only a few steps away from the heart of Girokaster but far enough not to hear all the noise/hustle and bustle. Room had an amazing view of the city. Breakfast was good, decent selection. Staff friendly and helpful, arranged taxi for us and driver picked us up from the hotel. Only place in all of our hotels in Albania that provided a kettle. Complementary water provided. Shower was good and toiletries provided. Lift in hotel too. AC wasn’t as cool as I would like, also had a weird setting where the lower you made the temperature go, the hotter the room would get. So you need to increase the number on the remote to cool the room (which seems very counterintuitive).

We had an excellent stay: we got a room upgrade and early check-in, the staff was very attentive, the breakfast is generous and delicious breakfast, with a breath taking view. Highly recommend

Un hôtel très agréable, la réceptionniste est très accueillante, la situation permet les balades en ville et la vue est superbe

Hotel au top dans un cadre magnifique. Attention si vous arrivez en voiture, le gps vous enverra dans de toutes petites rues pavées, quasi inaccessible avec un parking extremement cher. L'hôtel n'est pas accessible en voiture. Pour vos gps, notez le consulat de Grèce, vous trouverez en face un parking public : 5€ / 24 heures, finissez à pied, vous êtes à coté !

Quelques hésitations pour trouverl l'appartement qui du reste est très bien situé dans la ville et le vieux centre! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, serviables et agréables ! Le petit déjeuner est incroyable. Enfin le parking gratuit est un accès au parking souterrain de la ville juste à côté. Top! Merci à eux et à leur fille S.

Had an amazing time at Hotel Fantasy! Service was great! Breakfast was delicious! We couldn’t find parking and called the front desk and they were so helpful picking us up. The location and views were unbeatable! You get a view of the castle from breakfast! Super clean well maintained would romcommed!

This is a lovely old well maintained hotel at top of Gjirokaster with great views over valley and hills. Rooms were in excellent condition and breakfast was amazing - the best we had anywhere in Albania. Highly recommended.

The hotel is excellent: clean, welcoming and well located. The views are incredible. There is private parking nearby, E$4.00/day.

Vi slet litt med å finne fram, da vi kom seint på natt med bil og ikke hadde vært der tidligere. Men resepsjonisten satt klar med romnøkkelen :) hyggelig stab, vi rakk ikke frokost, men de tilbudte seg å lage noe ekstra likevel. Veldig vennlig folk, kjempekoselig sted og beliggenheten er helt fantastisk.

Sehr gemütliches und modernes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern. Einzig die Parksituation gestaltet sich schwierig. Die engen Gassen von Gjirokastra waren herausfordernd. Trotzdem gerne wieder!

The welcome from the receptionist was brilliant as he came and found us and helped with parking the car. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that I have ever eaten. Well done and thanks for making our stay wonderful

This was a great hotel with beautiful views , best location in Gjirokastor, Staff were all helpful courteous friendly , Kevin was fantastic and helpful beyond normal, great stay
