프론트 직원분들이 굉장히 친절하십니다 석식, 조식은 다양한 맛을 경험하고 싶은 분들에게는 추천합니다 저는 입이 짧아서 별로 맞지는 않았지만 괜찮았습니다 주변에 편의점도 걸어서 5분, 7분 거리에 있습니다 11시까지 해서 미리 갔다 오세요 셔틀이 오픈에어 미술관까지 가는게 있어 숙소에 짐 맡기고 가기에 좋고 버스 정류장이 바로 앞에 있어 편리합니다 대욕장은 크진 않습니다 큰 특색은 없지만 못나지도 않습니다 서양인 관광객들이 많고 한국인은 저희뿐이라 대욕장을 많이 이용하지 않는 것 같아 오히려 좋았습니다

역사와 전통을 자랑하는 동시에 매우 훌륭한 서비스를 제공하며 시설도 매우 깨끗하다.

140년 된 문화재에서 정말 환상적인 음식으로 최상의 수질의 온천! 꼭 다시 갈렵니다~

We had a long travel day the day prior so having our own private onsen to relax in along with the traditional meals was a lovely way to start our tour of this beautiful country.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE Ryokan and onsen. The staff were so kind and helpful, the property is stunning. It was a perfect way to wind down from Tokyo. Definitely get the dinner option if available, the food was fantastic!

It is a beautiful hotel with nice mountain views and a beautiful garden. Food, onsen, and services are all excellent.

First time at an onsen. We live near Banff,AB so have hot springs too but from the time we arrived, the service was amazing! A doorman carried our luggage up 2 flights of stone steps from the road where our shuttle dropped us off. We were asked to remove shoes and given tea and a mochi. Due to my milk allergy and my hubby not eating raw meat such as sushi, they went over our meals line by line and took such great care of us! The room was huge, our luggage was delivered to our room within 15 minutes and we had a gorgeous view of the cherry blossoms and mountains! Waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the air is so fresh! I love the tranquility and our stay included breakfast and dinner which were served with utmost hospitality and quality. I dropped a chopstick on the floor and had a new one within 20 seconds. I didn’t flag anyone down. They also arranged for our luggage transport to the next hotel and the outdoor onsen was lovely. I didn’t want to leave after the insanity of Tokyo city! Thank you to all the staff and those who manage this facility for making our stay fantastic! For a building that’s 140yo, you have struck the balance of preserving the old with the new! We love you and hope to see you again!

I loved the traditional stay. Lovely staff. I do think the accommodations were overpriced. The food was good but both mornings my hot breakfast was cold. Just make sure you don’t mind being far from other places.

This ryokan is so beautiful, so luxurious, so simple and hospitable. The rooms are gorgeous and the views are better. The onsen is so inviting and clean. The staff! The staff is incredible. I wish we could have stayed her more than one night. And the food! There are no words! The food! I am so glad we found this place. We visited for one night in

Absolutely gorgeous property! So clean and comfortable and the hospitality was top notch. Best part was the view of the mountains from our room! If you are looking for a break in your Japan trip to relax and unwind, this would be the place.

Friendly staff, clean, delicious food and a nice, warm private Ryokan that you can reserve. You also get your own Yukatas to walk around in if you wish☺️

They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was beautiful—spacious, peaceful, and perfectly in line with the traditional Japanese aesthetic we were hoping to experience. From the tatami floors to the yukata robes and the relaxing onsen, every detail was thoughtfully presented and added to the authenticity of our stay. This ryokan is a perfect blend of hospitality and tradition, and we left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning a return visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Japanese culture and receive exceptional service along the way

It was good. Just no touch pay like the USA unless you’re staying at its sister location then they do. Anyway good service, food and experience for a 5 star Ryokan.
