Amazing family friendly hotel!

Staff was extremely kind and helpful! Room was very comfortable and loved that we were able to park on the same level that our room was on!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. It is right downtown near a lot of restaurants, parks and BSU.

Modern, clean, excellent location close to the public market, restaurants, shopping and the greenbelt. Room was quiet and comfy. We didn’t consistently get our daily room refresh but desk staff was helpful in providing and offering supplies and said they

Parking was a breeze, appreciated breakfast. So many great coffee shops nearby, location was central to all the things.

Excellent staff and amazing rooms

We had a great family trip with 3 rooms on the same floor a great time for kids all the way up to the grandparents ❤️ rooms where large & clean, pool was amazing & breakfast before checking out was perfect.

The hotel is really nice. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. There were five of us in the room and we did not feel like we were on top of each. The pool was also very nice. Only four foot deep but had a great space for kids to play in. My kids, significant other, and I all loved the pool. The front desk staff were also super friendly and helpful. Plus the price point isn’t bad. I’ll be rebooking when I come back here.

We loved how we were within walking distance to the zoo. The hotel was very nice, clean and the kid friendly pool was a hit with our 2 year old. Having the free breakfast was also really nice, especially with having a little one with us.

Parking in the garage is not included in the room rate. Suggest getting the parking app and paying that way. BTW, street public parking is free.

Great location in downtown Boise, near everything. I love the parking access since you can access the parking garage from every floor. Had an issue with the bathroom light, it went out and we had zero light in the bathroom. Had to use our cell phone light to use the bathroom.

The staff at the property is always so helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious , clean well supplied. The only thing is that the couch and chairs in our King suite were worn and weathered looking. Other than that it was great!
