Who knew you could get excellent Indian food near Heathrow? The rooms were clean. The staff was super friendly and it was easy to catch an Uber to Heathrow.

The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the restaurant and bars.

Nice hotel. Hotelhoppa takes you to and from the airport in 10 mins for €7 each way. Hotel was clean and spacious. Will stay again.

I had a terrible experience at this Courtyard Marriott property. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I arrived. My room was directly affected by an on-property event—the music was so loud I could feel it shaking the walls. When I raised my concerns, the staff showed no interest in resolving the issue. Overall, it was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. Definitely not what I expect from a Marriott brand.

The hotel itself is fine, new, clean, and tidy. But, the roof-top bar is open until midnight. After a long days travel, the last thing you want to have to listen to is loud music coming from there. Why have a nice place ruined by loud music like this keeping people awake? Music doesn’t need to be that loud for people to enjoy themselves. Come on Courtyard why are you letting this happen?

Hospitality was good

I did not like the bathrooms. They’re nice and clean but it had the frosted glass with gaps so when you use the washroom there is no privacy. You can see in the gaps and hear everything.

Close to Heathrow after a long journey around Europe for a good night's sleep in a spacious room before heading back to the USA.

Restaurants and easy transportation

I tried calling the Hotel in advance of the reservation and found the number on Hotels.com was not connected. I called the number from the website and the phone rang out several times. The mattress on the bed was on a lean, so I was continually rolling out and was uncomfortable, the floor boards very squeaky to walk on and Hotel was noisy

For a one nighter it is fine. Nothing much to do around there. As an airport hotel most go only for one night and for this it is very good. There are 2 restaurants. We went to one and it was fine. The other one seemed more refined but one must like Indian Food. The menu seemed quite interesting.

I stay here regularly. As usual, the hotel was ideal - comfy bed, good shower, working aircon, quiet room, modern / relatively fresh decor. Sky bar is good. Good prices.

The roof bar was poorly under staffed very slow service just to get a drink or two and drinks made with funny mixers had to send back after the ling wait to begin with. Wish the windows would open allow fresh air also. The kiosk to request a special car was not an advancement in service. ~1km to the airport with endless black cabs. Having the hotel (or a phone for us to) just call for an immedoafe taxi would have been FAR easier, quicker and more efficient use of our time. The rest was great!!

The room was fine and mostly clean, but the bed was squishy and not supportive. We took the biggest issue with the lack of assistance in transportation to and from the airport. The hotel hoppa was delayed and the second best option was calling an Uber. We expected the hotel to help call a cab and they just directed us to their kiosks. Overall, would not recommend for an overnight layover.
