It was a very good stay no issues. The room was very clean. However, the bed was super small and the towels were very thin. Overall no complaints.

It was very quiet

It was supposed to be a non smoking room. Room was reeking with cigarette smoke. Asked for a changed of room which was refused. You could hear all the surrounding noises from nearby rooms and outside traffic. CC was supposed to be charge upon checkin and was charged in the morning several hours before checkin. No cups or coffee maker etc. Overall bad experience.

Nice clean place I just had to go downstairs because it wasn’t any washcloths in the room but other than no no complaints.

Dirty, blood stains on floor of room. Basically slapped right in the middle of an industrial park

Needs improvement from front desk to amenities. Lobby is a joke!!!!

I booked a room with a king aize bed . But was given a queen.

Too much to discuss... I don’t recommend this hotel.

Room smell bad

The only thing I did not like about this hotel was that you do not get towels on a daily basis only after 6 PM if you bring your other old towels, downstairs yourself, I thought that was very inconvenient. Other than that, the staff was accommodating.

The only reason I did not rate it higher was due to a misleading picture "to me" that looked like a slightly bigger parking lot. It was fine for cars and trucks alone and I was able to jackknife the trailer in a spot but the parking lot pictures appeared to be be bigger than the actual parking lot. Not necessarily a bad review or bad place to stay that close to NY but I was hoping for more parking lot room. Overall stay was satisfactory.
