직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 방은 깨끗합니다. BTS 역과 가까워서 이동하기 편리하지만 수건은 낡았습니다. 헬스장과 수영장이 있습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮습니다 :)

역에서 멀고 방음이 너무 약하고 복도에서 사람이 지나다니는 소리가 너무 시끄럽습니다.

Hotel is not supportive when ask for receipt, because did not book directly with them.

Room a bit worn out especially in the bathroom. Sliding door to the window cannot be locked, and the room quite noisy from the vehicle passed by (my room at 4th floor). Wifi not stable, most of time not working. Other than that all is fine, staff are friendly.

จองเป็นเตียงคู่แต่ พอถึงวันพักจริงไม่มีเตียงคู่ และทาง รร. แจ้งว่า ไม่มีช่องทางติดต่อเรา และทางทราเวลโลก้า ก็ไม่มีการประสารอะไรให้เลย เข้าพักรอบนี้ ผิดหวังนิดหน่อย แต่เรื่องอื่น รร. ดูแลดี ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร

Very nice hotel with affordable price and near to bangkok shopping mall district, just 5 mins walk to ploen chit station and from 7 am to 5 pm they profide free shuttle every 30 mins. Massage parlour is very near in case you need a bit relaxation as you will walk a lot in bangkok. The only downside is it not soundproof, so when the room beside you is quite noisy you can hear it. And also they give me a room near hotel laundry room so it is constantly have washing machine sound in my room.

저는 이곳에 여러 번 머물렀습니다. 이 호텔에 실망한 적이 없습니다. 방은 향기가 좋고, 깨끗하고 아주 새것이었습니다. 베개 4개는 부드럽고 잠이 들기에 매우 편안합니다. 거대한 TV 화면 때문에 넷플릭스를 너무 많이 봐서 어디에도 가고 싶지 않아요. 아침 식사는 매우 맛있고 다양했습니다. 모든 직원들이 정중했고, 정중하게 말했습니다. 저는 이 UHG 지점을 강력히 추천합니다. 저는 10/10점을 줍니다. 다시 방문해서 묵고 싶습니다.

I found water lid already open but close as new one, towel not clean, room not clean and staff confusing about room status and not professional.

Quarter Ploenchit is value for money, good facilities at its price rate, homey. Nice hotel team, clean, good service. Can by walking to the shopping areas: Central World, Big C, Patinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam market. Recommendedhotel.
