It is good place as 4 stars, the property needs some work

The location was good, the staff were friendly but the food was terrible, not much variety and some of the food was reheated. The water bottles were not nestle or Dasani, it was glass bottles that they refill it and didn’t taste good. I had to cancel a night a leave early. I didn’t have a good experience.

Die Zimmer waren alt und das Essen war auch nicht gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

We initially came for 2 days and finally prolonged our stay as we really enjoyed the hotel and specifically the service. The people are so kind and so willing to help each time you need it. Actually they even anticipate your needs and don't give you the opportunity to ask. Thank you so much, my son, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Abdallah, Awad, Donia, Wissam and all the team (I wish I could name them all) thank you.

Excellent resort for a family holiday on the beach in Egypt. Very helpful and attentive staff and excellent restaurants. For the price is a excellent destination and the kids loved it!

Bella struttura, non troppo grande, molto pulita e curata. Camere spaziose e letti comodissimi, andrebbero rinnovati un pochino i bagni. Cucina di qualita

Das Hotel bietet top Service und für den guten Preis wirklich viel. Optisch ist es ganz nett aber kein Highlight. Das Essen ist gut und der Kategorie entsprechend 4 Sterne. Zu 5 Sternen oder Gourmetklasse fehlt einiges aber das kann bei dem Preis auch nicht leistbar sein. Eon grosser Aussenpool hat beheizt 28 Grad - top! Die alkoholischen Getränke waren für all incl gut. Der Pilateskurs fand auch 10qm Rasen direkt vor - fast auf - einer Gästeterrase statt. Es gab keine outdoor Fitnessfläche. Das war schwach. Publikum freundlich gemischt 60% Deutsch, 25% Englisch. Ausladtung Ende Januar ca 30%. Für eine ruhige Sonnenwoche als Paar ist das Hotel gut. Service vorbildlich . 5 Sterne.

Taxi driver /scheduling person promises good deal and good prices but once you schedule the ride he goes awat and another person comes charges way more, no promised discounts and just bluntly lies and scams . Reception desk was asked to give us a good room for apur Aniversary stay but we got the room worh broken ac and lots of noise next doir something was getting build or something next to our toom. Would not come back to this resort

Leider war mein Besuch im Solymar Soma sehr enttäuschend. Das Essen war schrecklich und hat bei mir Durchfall verursacht, was meinen Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Das ist einfach inakzeptabel. Die Lage ist jedoch in Ordnung; der Strand und das Meer sind wirklich schön und bieten eine angenehme Kulisse. Das Personal war zwar in Ordnung und hat sich bemüht, aber das konnte die negativen Erfahrungen mit dem Essen nicht wettmachen.

L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme, il est très bien entretenu et très propre. L’arrivée a été difficile car pas eu la chambre que je pensais avoir réservé. Est-ce un problème venant de mon opérateur ou de l’hôtel? Pour 3 personnes, on avait que 2 lits et rajouté dans la journée un pauvre lit d’appoint, mais aussi le courant sautait toutes les 2 minutes. J’ai fini par changer de chambre avec un vrai lit. Sinon, le wifi !!! Il y en avait pas partout dans l’hôtel, seulement dans les communs, mais après discussions avec les managers, celui-ci était en cours d’installation et je confirme qu’il a été installé dans les chambres. L’animation est top ! Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le restaurant égyptien est vraiment bon! Je recommande cet hôtel qui est aussi excellent pour les enfants. Je trouve que tout est bien pensé. Régulièrement, le personnel passe vers les clients afin de donner leurs avis et mettent tout en œuvre pour satisfaire sa clientèle, bravo pour ça aussi ! Un grand merci à la manager qui parle le français et qui a été au petit soin avec nous.

Perfect Hotel

Leider sind die Menschen nicht lernfähig, sie packen soviel essen auf den Teller und die Hälfte wird weggeworfen. Unterkunft ist angenehm und man hat von allem genug, Platz, Essen, Trinken, Pool alles Tipptop. Leider ist rundherum nichts keine Läden, Supermarkt oder Markt.

Service und die Mitarbeiter waren super
