Good place to stay, not crowded.

Front office staff were not briefed on the applicable usage of the dining credit package which causes a misunderstanding during check out on what is chargeable and what 's not. Room service menu selection aren't fantastic.

FBH is awesome! I have stayed at many hotels during this year due to pandemic but Fullerton Bay Hotel has come up tops in terms of service and room offerings. The hotel staff were lovely and friendly, got my early check in at 11am + and check out at 1pm despite the school holiday crowd in Dec. Pool was great with a unforgettable view of MBS and jacuzzi was wonderful as well.

It was a great staycation even though there was some hiccups due to the hotel internal communications. But this was made up by Yugen, the Guest relations executive & the Duty Manager Michelle. Service was top notch at every place we went, the Landing Point for our afternoon tea, the Lantern for our night drinks & also for breakfast at the La Brasserie. Only the food was not as good as what we expected and there can be room for improvement. Celebrated my wife's birthday and the hotel provided a piece of cake with a birthday balloon. For the inconvenience during the check in, Yugen & Michelle provided a bottle of wine & a pack of macarons to make our day. Thank you so much to the team at Fullerton Bay Hotel.

Overall great experience! Had called the hotel 1 day in advance to inform that it was my partner 's birthday and they managed to arrange a mini surprise for him with cake and balloon (special thanks to hotel staff Ummar and Samantha)! Had a complimentary upgrade to bay view room which was really nice. Although there was a slight delay in check-in by 40min, the hotel made up for it by extending the check-out by an hour. Will definitely book again at the Fullerton Bay Hotel 😊 recommend to book for special occasions!

The room was spacious and comfortable but we experienced a few hiccups with the check-in process. When we checked in, the staff attending to us told us repeatedly that there were no rooms available for us. After lunch, we checked again if our room was available, to which he responded (without checking the system) that we needed to wait further. His colleague overheard and promptly confirmed that the room was in fact ready and available. He was clearly a senior staff member so it is unclear why he was unable to handle this simple issue. We noticed that others also got their rooms without any difficulties. This was not the end of the matter. The same senior staff member told us that our request for late check-out till 3pm was accepted. However, our rooms cards were deactivated when we came back from lunch at around 1pm the next day and we had to make a trip back to the reception to find out what happened. It appeared that our request for late check-out was not recorded on the system at all and another staff member had to rectify this problem on the system. It is difficult to understand why the earlier senior staff member was so slipshod in the manner he handled our reservation. All these hiccups ruined what would have otherwise been an enjoyable stay at the hotel. What a pity!

Check in was slow despite us being the only guest- made to stand at the counter for about 15 min. Beds were sunkened resulting in a poor night 's rest. Baby cot requested though functional, was old, torn and some parts and dirty. Hotel room itself was nice with good view-appreciate the room upgrade. Staff at the entrance of the hotel were friendly and warm.

The hotel is great! Good customer service. Awesome views. Comfortable. One con is that the bathtub drainage did not work well. We called for the engineer to come to our room twice to have it repaired. In between, we informed the front desk receptionist personally but no engineer was sent to the room. We were also sad to see that one small bird was stuck at the balcony and died. However the overall experience was still 5 stars. Had good meals at la brassieres and in room dining with the $ 50 credit is worth the money. I love the swimming pool and jacuzzi at the rooftop too.

It was great stay in Fullerton bay hotel. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and approachable. Definitely will stay again.

Really good service! Room was spacious and everything was excellent!

The hotel is perfect to unwind with the room facing the bay. Connected directly to Merlion Park which is an excellent area to have a walk and exercise. One drawback was that during my stay, my luggage get delayed to reach the room, needed to make 4 calls before I got it.

Love my stay at Fullerton Bay. The staff could not have pampered us more! Everyone was very friendly and everything was top notched!

숙박은 정말 최고였습니다. 10/10점 만점에 10점입니다. 도착 전에 이미 연락을 드렸기 때문에 체크인 시간이 짧았고, 방도 미리 준비해 두었습니다. 이른 체크인과 늦은 체크아웃을 해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다! 객실은 깨끗하고 꿈결 같았습니다. 완벽한 객실(도시와 만의 절반이 보이는 전망)을 자랑했죠. NDP 리허설과 MBS 전망, 그리고 상쾌하고 맑은 하늘을 볼 수 있었습니다. 옥상 수영장에서 일몰을 감상하는 것도 정말 좋았고, 정말 평화롭고 차분한 시간이었습니다. 룸 다이닝을 이용했는데, 음식은 따뜻하고 맛있게 나왔습니다. 으깬 감자를 더 달라고 했더니 한 그릇 가득 주셔서 정말 기뻤습니다. 감사합니다! 아침 식사는 종류도 다양했고, 재료도 신선하고 맛있었습니다. 모든 음식을 조금씩 주문해서 다 먹어보고 싶었는데, 로티 프라타는 정말 훌륭했습니다! 마지막으로, 만난 직원들이 모두 매우 정중하고 예의 바르며 세심하게 배려해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 풀러턴 베이 호텔을 다른 호텔과 확실히 차별화하는 세심한 배려와 세심한 디테일 하나하나가 정말 아름다웠습니다. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶어요! 추신: 목욕가운과 침대가 정말 중독성 있어요!

Location is good, view was amazing however some service shortfalls that made our stay a little imperfect. Was expecting a high standard of service as FBH is a hotel with high reputation but I guess the staff and services need to be more efficient and consistent.

Enjoyed my stay with my family. My parents love and had fun throughout the stay. The staff service was excellent and take good care of our well-being. We love our room with bay view. Definitely will be back the next round:)

Was quite disappointed in the room given all the great reviews we have read about the hotel. Wouldn’t have expected so many issues in the room for a hotel like Fullerton Bay: - there was hair in the bathtub when we entered - one socket wasn’t working - the TV control lags and hangs if you do not click on the control after a period of time - the lighting and curtain controls were lagging too - the shower head had water dripping hours after we bathed (was told it was the balance water but the loud dripped sound disrupted our sleep) - bathtub drain cover came loose after a while, and we couldn’t use it in proper. But we managed to rectify it after a while. - Not too sure if the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, we could smell smoke coming from our neighbour at our balcony. The view from the room was really good though, and generally the service was also quite good. The Duty Manager, Julian did send someone to rectify the different issues faced almost immediately after we told him but it kind of affected our mood already, and added on to the disappointment we had from our staycation starting on the first day of phase 2 (heightened alert).

Although there were some hiccups during the stay, Miss Michelle was polite and suggested option for service recovery in the future if we return. We appreciated the complimentary late check out. Amenities was provided upon request, only the basics were provided in the room. The view was mesmerising, however it can be stressful if you are chilling at the balcony cos people downstairs/at the restaurant will be looking up. In-room afternoon tea was fine, although it is a little too sweet for our liking. It would be helpful if there is a little note provided on what we are eating. Overall, this would be a hotel more ideal for couples.
