Room was good and clean in a modern building however two issues: 1. The a/c despite being turned off, kept making noises all night: 2. Being told ‘oh well’, I would have to pay for parking in the lot next door as the car park was full is a bit rich for the location not being in a centre and that spaces under the building were reserved for owners yet free

Nice and modern hotel. Inconvenient things to me were insufficient parking and had to pay for parking at neighboring lot, no front desk staff after 9pm and no breakfast included for a pricey hotel. A big plus was that room had washer and dryer.

Hotel lobby staff she was very friendly and delightful. She suggested a lovely place to eat that we enjoyed. A washer/dryer was A big benefit.

The room itself was great lovely bed and linen . The huge beam across window was horrible

The room was perfectly functional and had a kitchenette and washer/dryer. We had a view of the next door apartment but that wasn’t a problem as we checked out by 5am. Front desk staff answered our questions (we’d read there was a restaurant there - there isn’t) and booked us a taxi for our early flight.

The room was spotless and the suff was excellent

Nice rooms. Quiet. Only drawback is lack of coffee shop/dining on site.

Well located place to stay when you don’t want to stay in Queenstown. Much prefer this than staying in a the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

The room was well equipped, clean and the staff were pleasant. The room was serviced everyday. We were grateful of the gift from Expedia too. We were fortunate enough to get a carpark each day of our stay but there is limited parking onsite. There is $10 per day parking just behind.

Great place to stay, would stay again. Only frustration was parking - not enough parking for hotel patrons, but there is ‘paid parking’ out the back in an almost empty gravel parking lot. Not the hotels fault because it’s private land, but, felt like a scam.

Clean room

A/C made some strange gurgling sounds but still worked well. Overall very happy with stay and has great views of nearby mountains,

Nice rooms and amenities. Parking situation a bit tight but there are paid options too. If you are on a late dlight in, this is the only one with a reception open later. Has a convenience store od sorts

Hotel is modern, clean and whilst slightly out of the way it’s a short walk to the Bus or 15 mins to the airport. I personally think offers good value for money in the area. Couple of points bed was two beds put together and very uncomfortable in the middle where they meet although the two single beds of you stay on one side were good . Secondly whilst they do service your room later one day they left the towels that were on the floor and far as I can tell make the bed and replace the coffee. Not a big deal for me but sure it would to others. I would stay again for visit to Queenstown as out most of the day everyday and this place represent good value for money in my view
