Convenable

Séjour au top, personnel très sympathique. Chambres spacieuses et très bien équipées. Un plus, la télé en Chromecast.

As usual AKENA Troyes was excellent in every way possible, have stayed 4 times on route to our home in montelimar and have not been disappointed at all , so clean and Freindly, fab breakfast and really comfortable lounge and bar area for relaxing

We have stayed here before on our way to ski holidays, but this time was a disappointment. Not sure if there was a change in management, but the experience was definitely not the same. Service and overall quality have declined, making for an underwhelming stay. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Excellent Séjour, hébergement propre et confortable Cependant depuis changement de l'Equipe je note une baisse du Service qui faisait de cet hôtel un endroit incontournable pour moi plus de possibilité de diner le soir soit en Chambre soit en Salle, avant proposition de 3 plats . Eau citronnée qui date de plusieurs semaines ....

Great service from all staff. Lovely comfortable beds, slept so well. Great size family rooms and with a seperate WC. Nice and quiet rooms too even though close to a busy road, could not hear traffic noise.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé, chambre premium un peu élevé par rapport à la concurrence et le service. La personne au desk ne devait pas débiter ma cb mais uniquement empreinte pour garantie bancaire car je devais solder avec chèque vacances cependant j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir été débiter avant le check out final.

Très bon accueil, propreté des parties communes et de la chambre. Possibilité de se restaurer avec plats ou pizzas a prix raisonnables au bar ou dans la chambre, happy hours au bar Très bon petit déjeuner relativement cher mais très complet. Eau et boissons chaudes gratuites à volonté.

Perfect hotel for our stopover on the way back to the Eurotunnel from the Alps. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, great value, friendly staff and great location. EV chargers on site and a Buffalo Grill right next door for dinner! They still had their Christmas decorations up which made it cosy and welcoming.

Great stopping off point for the Alps. Electric Charging for Cars available at hotel and near by (Fast Charge) Great Bakery and Resturant nearby.

Amazing. Super clean and perfect for families. Very nice with pets too. Recommend.
