가성비가 매우 좋은 호텔이에요. 숙박시설 중 가격은 하단밴드이지만 가보면 깨끗하고 꽤 큰 사이즈의 방이라서 답답하지도 않아요. 오븐부터 쿡탑 그리고 각종 요리도구들이 완비되어 있이서 집처럼 지낼수 있어요. 셀프체크인이기 때문에 체크인전에 호텔측과 소통해야 합니다. 답변이 바로 오기때문에 소통에 어려움은 없었어요. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러워요.

가격 대비 대단한 성능의 숙소에요. 호텔식이면서 요리도 되는 모든 타입의 숙박시설의 장점을 모아놓은거죠. 리셉션이 없어서 처음에 당황했는데 소통이 잘 되고 체크인 방법도 어렵지 않았어요. 체크인데스크의 인력비가 절감된만큼 숙박비가 합리적인것 같아요. 여행 중 식사 만들어먹고 싶다면 여기로 가세요. 오븐 전자레인지 그릇 모든것이 다 있어요.

The apartment was really clean and tidy. Easy access to The Principality Stadium. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly helpful staff , comfortable 2 double beds with 2 bathrooms (1 onsuite) Everything we needed in apartment. Shower gel , shampoo, tea , coffee . Washing things . Definitely stay again

Room was large, comfortable and had everything you need for an extended stay. Contactless checkin instructions were a bit confusing but in the end I got to my room. The room was modern but could have used a deep clean. Hallways were very noisy due to a family in the neighbouring room (otherwise would probably not have been a problem). Onsite laundry room was not as described in the listing - only one washer/drier and no air dryers on loan and the room was not secured (lock broken). The building itself looked untended with rubbish and cigarette butts around the exterior. Really well located by the park and easy walk from the train station. I would look at other options if returning to Cardiff.

There was everything we needed in the Apartment

I spoke to the hotel on the phone, during the day I was going to check in, as I had not received the check in codes to enter the hotel. There is no one at reception after 5pm. They promised to send it to me. They only sent the link to pay for parking and NOT the entry codes. I tried to call during my 3 hour journey to Cardiff, but could not get hold of anyone. No ansver on the emergency line. I had informed them that I would arrive at 23:00 as they had requested, and I confirmed that they had my phone number and the correct email address. When I arrived I still had no entr codes and was stuck outside the accommodation with no where to stay! I tried for 1 hour to get hold of them on the emergency line. NO reply. I couldn’t get another hotel room. When I spoke to the hotel the next day, they said I can get refund but have to do it via Expedia, as they didn't have m credit card details. They said they had informed Expedia. It is now 2 weeks later and I have not had a refund yet and not heard anything at all from either the hotel or Expedia, despite several emails. I am very agry that I am having to spend time trying to get this money refunded, after the incompetence of the hotel, which led to me being in Cardiff at 23:15 with no accommodation, after a 3 hour drive! They never sent me the codes so I also could not get in for my second night stay there. Unbelievable! DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL

Great location, good value for money, modern and clean. Only issue is the parking, expensive and a bit of a headache but got by

Bathroom fan not working Noise at 6am from next door kitchen kettle, coffee machine and people talking as their kitchen positioned right other side of wall our bed was against. Needs a frying pan.

Access is gained by using a code, but the buttons are so small you need glasses to read them. Then there is a key box next to the room door, but the buttons again are tiny and again are difficult to read.

I have stayed at the spires 3 times in the past month. On two occasions the room has been great/.modern with ensuite and kitchen lounge . One occasion was not so great with the bedroom straight off the main corridor door. Noise untill the early hours. Would I stay again yes

The bed was so comfy!! Really nice apartment and in a great area! Would definitely recommend. Only downside is that it’s a bit noisy and can hear the other apartment doors being opened and shut, but if you don’t mind that, then it’s a great place!!
