Great stay very modern and clean room friendly staff and nice pool

My check in was a bit disappointing. Upon check in I asked the front desk agent if I could please get my 2 rooms as close as possible since I was traveling with teenagers. He immediately said “No” that he wouldn’t be able to do that for us. I thought that was strange, I understand if the hotel is at full occupancy (i myself work in the hospitality industry for 17 yrs) I did check in pretty early at 3pm. And parking lot was completely empty I’m sure a bit of an effort would have gone a long way. We ended up getting 1 room on the first floor and the other room in the second floor. Once we settle in our rooms we noticed most of the rooms on the first floor were empty since the maintenance man had multiple room doors open. Very disappointing and uncomfortable since I had to be checking on my teenagers on a different floor just to make sure they were ok and safe.

This seemed like a brand new property, very modern and updated. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and offered a wide variety of options. Highly recommend. The room smelled fresh and clean.

The room was very clean and accommodated our every need. The pool was also excellent. Besides the transients everywhere in the surrounding area, we had a good time and were very close to our destination at Chase Field.

Great place to stay. Very close to everything downtown. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was impressive too.

Las sábanas de una cama tenían moho. Es decir hongos, estaban sucias. Se informó inmediatamente a recepción, el personal escucho y comentó que enviarían a alguien a cambiar las sábanas y nadie llegó. Esa cama quedo inhabilitada debido a que no se pudo utilizar por este problema. Nunca ofrecieron cambio de habitación. La mañana siguiente se volvió a reportar y tampoco atendieron. Por la noche nuevamente se observa la misma cama con la sabana con hongo moho y se vuelve a pedir atención y cambio de sábanas y dijeron que ahora asi lo solucionarian y nadie acudió. Además ningún día hicieron la limpieza del cuarto, nunca entró housekeeping por lo que nunca hubo limpieza, no cambiaron toallas, ni limpiaron baño, todo muy sucio porque nunca acudieron aun cuando lo reporte. Muy mala higiene y mal servicio del personal por su incapacidad para resolver.

I was very impressed with this property as most holiday inns are not that great but I would recommend it and I would stay there again.

Todo estuvo bien. Check in y out super rápido, sencillo, lo único mejorable es que el aire acondicionado aunque funciona bien, sin fallos, es muy difícil controlar el clima.La ubicación es excelente para eventos en el centro de Phoenix.

This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn and we loved it!

We had a good time. Overall a nice stay. It was hard to get into one of the beds because it was so close to the wall. I love the options at breakfast for dietary needs

The room was fine but didn’t smell like fresh air sent..BUT it was clean. I could smell the towels but like no fabric softener..

Great location for where we needed to go and to wake up to nice breakfast well worth

This was the dirtiest holiday Inn express I’ve ever stayed in. The floors and area behind the beds were so dirty. There were craft beads and crumbs, including whole corn nuts, on the floors from people who had previously stayed. The bathrooms had hairs on the floor and the baseboards were dirty. We had to wear slippers the entire time because the floors were gross. The fridge kept leaking onto the tile floor and carpet and my we almost slipped. Housekeeping forgot to give us new towels and take out our trash, which was pretty annoying. I ended up getting really sick during our stay so I just didn’t even have the energy to complain to the front desk. We can usually count on Holiday Inn Express and I was really disappointed by this let down.

Elisa is an AMAZING person. She helped me out with checking in AND wifi problems. She has a great attitude and really friendly!
